Customer stated that the Samsung dryer was tumbling but not heating. I fix a lot of Samsung dryers with the same symptom. it is almost always a broken heating element. if i got there and disassembled it and it turned out that the heating element was not the problem i would have had to make a return visit to fix the problem. as it turned out the heating element was the problem and i was prepared to fix it on the spot . Experience allows you to be prepared in advance and get the customer up and running in less time
