- EICMA 2022: Hesketh 4K
This is my video of the Hesketh Heresy 450 at the EICMA 2022 motorcycle show in Milan, Italy. Not a Hesketh stand as such, but the bike is being exhibited at the engine manufacturers, Hartford Motorcycles stand.
More information is on / hesketh-motorcycles-26...
I will be uploading videos from several other stands over the next few days from the EICMA 2022 motorcycle show.
Thanks for watching! - Авто/Мото
That’s a very nice looking bike. I like it.
It looks great and I’m sure a 400 is just fine for that sort of bike.
Great to see Hesketh back in the game with the lovely looking 450 Heresy however at 14K it is way to expensive to appeal to anybody but well healed collectors.
Absolutely. With CCM’s starting at 10K, for a 600, you’d really want to add to your collection to part with 4K more. I’m sure it’ll find it’s market, it’ll just be quite select.
Hartford are a Taiwanese company and the engine is an upgraded XR400 lump from the past, have to say it is a very good looking bike
It is. And they make that, and I think the frame.
I find my CCM Bobber to be too extreme to want to ride around the back lanes … I’m after a lightweight bikes with a more docile engine and torque rather than just trying to rev all the time which makes the CCM hard work
Maybe something like the Herald Brute 500?
Now this is a motorcycle I'm *very* interested in, especially after my débacle trying to buy a CCM Spitfire Foggy Edition. An interesting use of the XR400 lump, wish mine had had an electric start. Shame I can't afford one! 😄
The impossible search continues. One day there will be one which is both affordable and available. I was quite taken by the Mutt Razorback 250 in red, but it’s not one of these, or a CCM. Perhaps a Brute 500? If only they made it in some more exciting colours…
@@PeakMotorcycles That new Benelli 250 looked worth a damn good thrashing!
so ridiculous overpriced motorcycle
It’s low volume and a bit special. It’s not for everyone, but then none of the Heskeths are. They have always been something for the enthusiasts, and not really day to day rides.
