Lol, reminds me of my old A65 Thunderbolt in 1974 (ish) when mine went on fire one Easter weekend just outside of Sheffield. My mate and me had been at Brands for the Transatlantic meet and were on our way to the next meet at Mallory Park. Just got a new one (1971 oil in frame barnfind) to rebuild.

Yes, it's not nice when it happens. Very scary, smoke coming out of everywhere when your riding along.
