Love these slower paced, less bendy sessions, only 1 downward dog! They get so boring. This style is so much healthier for the body and calming for the mind.
This one was great! I loved how the poses were interesting and how you put them together, it kept it fresh. I also really appreciate your kind words about doing what works for us. I had two blocks stacked on top of each other (sideways!) so I could rest my head in the last pose! Oh well, I enjoyed it anyway.

14/Sept/21 Thank you Cole. Really enjoyed this hips sequence after working on glutes n legs in my strength session. The tips you provide to be mindful of are such nuggets. They sound like really small things but make such a difference. Like the point about extending the tail bone while in the front legs straight pose. (I forget the name of the asana now) So good for my quads or back of the legs whatever that is called.
