- In today's video I run the Vancouver Police Department's Peace Officers Physical Abilities Test or POPAT for short. This is my next stage in the application process to the Police Department. This is my first practice run of the course and I came in with a time of 4:09. In order to move forward an applicant needs a minimum of 4:14. So while I'm happy that I could technically qualify with this time I need to work on a few things in order to shave off some more seconds and be more competitive!! Let's do this!!

Good job!
I like that push-pull toy. 😄 We should get one at E.
Thanks! I was thinking the same thing. It's a crazy good workout.
You have good self control. If it was me doing this, I would probably plant right into the mirror after those jumps or crash through the window after the sharp turns... 🤣
Well in my actual test I rolled my ankle :P so I may not have the best self control after all lol!!
what's your height and weight?
I'm 178cm but 90kg, found it hard to jump over the 6 ft mat lol.
Hey I was wondering, do you think it’s overkill that I train by running 10k most days and working out almost every other day?
Great video btw new subscriber 👌
I suppose it depends on how your body responds to it. If you feel strong and fresh most days you're doing alright. If you are sore, stiff, in pain you are probably overtraining. Make sure you are doing mobility and recovery work as needed.
Crawzfit ya feel great and better then I ever have. Im a bit sore but it’s not to bad at all so I’ll probably just stick to my schedule ig. Thanks
How many years cops should be in training?
Hey can you please tell the whole procedure for entering Vancouver police department
Also about the written test
Sure thing! I can make a video on that!
Please do a video on knowledge test, please
Hey man! I can't remember in which video I described the written test...but I know it's one of the "becoming a cop" videos haha! Thanks for watching and commenting :)
would you mind sharing how you prepare the knowledge test? 88 is impressive! @@crawzfit681
Is this the same department that arrested that auditor?
Hmm. I'm not sure. I'll have to take a look!
