Did this repair, my self. Replaced the top case and the hinges. The hinges where not broken. But broken out the top case. Screen was not damaged. Only thing i neede to do extra is to remove the wifi antennes on the top case and place it on the new case. They were not on the new case.

Thank you for the video! But What happens it doesn’t not power up after all the steps? My power light blinks once and doesn’t turn on, I plugged in charger and orange light is blinking as well
Where are you located? I just borke the hinges on my lenovo IdeaPad 5 15IIL05 and consecuently the screen. I'm not confident I can do the whole job myself and rather take it to you, if you were to be local.

But, I want you to know that I am writing you this reply staring at the new screen with a new top that I purchased and I managed to install in my Lenovo idea pad 5 following every step you detail in your fantastic video. Thank you so much for it! I only have been able to acomplish this because I had access to your video. Amazing timing you uploaded the video just when the hinge of my Lenovo broke!
Where did you purchase the screen? I need the screen and the back panel that is attached to the screen. My IdeaPad 15IIL05 is broken just the one in this video, in the exact same spot.

Thanks so much! Killed the camera (cable ripped off very easily), but managed to transfer the LCD on a new back cover. Daughter is happy 😊

The screen is about 50-80 euro and the top case is about 15-40 euro
