Can you make onigiri from sushi rice? I live in New Zraland , love Japanese food and often eat in Japanese restaurant. From Onigiri you made my favorite is with salmon. Thank you for the recipes and all the tips. Cheers

Thank you for your comment. It is possible to make rice balls with sushi rice!
If you want to make onigiri, you can dilute it with a little water to make it sour enough to eat.

The only and best onigiri tutoral on you tube! and I've subscrbed too. Here in Canada we can get these ingredients from JTown (markham) and I usually get them from Wholesale since its for restaurants its bigger quantites and less cheaper. Most if not all products come from Japan and already made but I make everything from scratch so I can control the taste and cost. I also homemake Mitarashi Dango and 9 other Dangos. I also 3D print PETG food grade plastic Onigiri molds so my staff can make onigiri easily but best to hand form them with speed. Thank you and keep these videos coming! Subarashi!

Thank you so much for subscribing and sharing your experience! 😊 It's amazing that you make everything from scratch, especially Mitarashi Dango and the Onigiri molds-such dedication! I'm glad you're enjoying the videos, and I’ll definitely keep them coming. Arigatou! 🍙💕
