Excellent video! The tips on how to keep it crispy are really helpful - I hadn't seen those tips before. I'm very jealous that school lunches are so healthy - when I went to school in America, they considered ketchup a serving of vegetables.
Thank you! I'm glad you found the tips helpful. It's a shame about the ketchup! Healthy meals make such a difference. 😊🥗✨
That's looks delicious, Aoi! I whish school lunch was that good in my elementary school when I was a kid 😂😂😂😂😂
Pablo! Thank you for everything.
It's not too late! Come to elementary school with me!
thank you)) it is always very helpful, to learn from you small details in technics and tricks, how to wrap etc. and what is really important in cooking in daily life ))
I'm delighted to hear that you find the tips and techniques helpful! Happy cooking! 😊🍳✨
Much love. Blessings
@@brigitteludwig4572 Thank you for your nice comment. I am very happy because in Japan we don't have such a nice way of saying things in our culture.
this is sooo wonderful n thank-you for sharing your knowledge!!... this is just as important for some adults as it is to hand down nutritional education for all but the children they are our future!!! they grow up faster than when I was growing up.... learning about ingredients like fats both healthy n not sooo healthy.... what mixes with something doesn't keep calories n sodium the same mg as it was separate.... herbs have their own incredible flavors n scents but there's a whole nother holistic healing side, another time!!... but this could be a cool way of group teaching children about yummmy health energizing foods from our asian sisters n brothers while teaching about history language arts community n our differences really showing we're not sooo different n all families have customs laughter n we use the same ingredients but use them differently giving us more to try n like.... more to learn about life in all.... how to create a generation of patience n some understanding for one another!!! food brings even the people who don't think collective or communal.... after sharing a meal some of the most stubborn begin to relax seeing others as equals!!...
❤️🍙❤
Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment! 🌸 I completely agree that food education is crucial for everyone, especially children. Let's keep spreading the joy and knowledge of healthy eating! 🍱✨
My favourite would be one with tuna.I use japanese mayo also for other food than japanese,Thank you for explaining all step by step, which surely helps in making it..Cheers
