#squadron42 #starcitizen #newgame - Игры
This is the prologue for Squadron 42. That's why there's so little gameplay and it's mostly cutscenes giving us the setting introducing the setting and universe of the game.
Aaaaand... it's a Chris Roberts game... expect a VERY cinematic heavy experience. That's part of the deal...
There is no pre-rendered video footage. The reason why it's so smooth is all this is in game. Canera is just moving and teleporting around. The people are physically on the ships. The people running to shelters are actually on the planet below. Every ship has an interior instead of just being an empty shell and the planets are fully physicalized. In mutiplayer you could travel to the planet below and see there's people, buildings, caves, clouds and weather systems, etc. They do some crazy stuff to get this all to work.
massive props on them for doing a live demo, that was a risk. Was awesome experiencing this on-site
This gameplay demo was sooo good! People complain that it'll come out in 2026 but that's just 14 months away. It's just not that long away if you ask me.
nobody said anything about january 2026 and considering that the game crashed 3 times during the live presentation in the first hour of gameplay and had various bugs do you seriously believe it'll be ready in just 2 years?
People were waiting for "2 more years" since 2016. It was a lie every time. No reason to believe them this time.
@@Zigeuninja 2 years to fix bugs, thats how long it took cyberpunk 2077 to fix it's bugs after release. So i'm betting on "yes".
@@solidsnake5051 But SQ 42 is not even out yet lmao, it's not comparable at all. This showcase wasn't just bugged, it crashed three times in just one hour PLUS a bunch of bugs on top. And it wasn't any random part of the game, but the very first hour of the game which is typically is the most polished and it was mostly cutscenes. If this doesn't scream "unfinished" to you I don't know what does.
@@Zigeuninja ofcourse its unfinished, but its normal for games to be buggy and crashy 2 years before release. so those 2 crashes mean absolutely nothing imo
The "trailer" you are referring to was also in the engine like this. The difference you see is because of two things. 1. Polish pass. 2. Updates to lighting and graphics.
100% agree for gameplay we have SC here i want a story
IMO this was all just a lead up to the start of your career in S42. Once you get in to the Idris and start flying missions, it will be much more hands on.
That’s what I’m saying! You know with such a sick lineup the story is gonna be awesome
rumors say, that cavill did it for free, because he loves the project and is a nerd XD
Its incredible to see this game's quality and visual fidelity. It definitely needs those 2 years to iron out the kinks,
but regardless of all the perpetual "2 years away" jokes, when the game drops in 2026, it will make waves, and those haters and 😂😂 reacters will be paying close attention, excited for a game that no other can compare to, as per usual. See you in the verse o7
Yeah, I been here since 2012. I never complained about the game as I can just keep it in the backburner and play other things while they take this out of the oven at perfection.
see you in the broken botched never working verse! degraded LIVE servers during CITCON hahahaha... bro, every citcon is the same, failed promised broken dreams, nothing ever works, when will you all learn?
Always gonna be haters for literally everything lmao but they’re not really the type of people we wanna game with anyway 😌
Even if we don’t learn why does it hurt your feelings so much? 🗿
@@Lank dunno maybe cause you start to feel played lol, by the game.
This is all game play in engine as you will get when the game is released in 2026. This is a live demo played on stage in front of the crowd, it crashed twice.
Henry's is an F8A Lightning, and F7A Hornets.
a very rare F7A Hornet UEE military version. Not many players have them they were a very limited sale years ago.
They use to offer the F7A in the $42,000 Lagotus ship packs. Not sure if that's true anymore
the special hornet everyone is asking about is definitely a F7A mk2 variant gotta remember the mk1 f7c had a bunch of variants derived from f7amk1 variants
It’s the God Emperors special ship
The purple guys are called the Vanduul. :D
Purple guys where
The UEE is also at a disadvantage, it is not even.
12:30 the UEE have never won once 😂 so everyone in that battle was expecting to die right there
Wait…… is that an OW2 formal Cassidy cosplay?
Who where 👀
1:01:19 that scared the crap out of me I jumped
I’m sorry 😭
Star Wars is dead, Starfield is a train wreck. I really hope this succeeds.
Because many great game studios are either killed by DEI infections or about to be killed by DEI parasites.
If CIG pulls this off, then EA, Blizzard, Bethesda, UbiSoft and all the other AAA studios will be put to major shame.
L take. Touch grass. Talk to women. Hit the gym. Your life will be league more enjoyable if you stop going down this rabbit hole, little one.
You think games are solely destroyed by DEI? Touch grass.
@@HollowBagel People not hired for skill but hired based on superficial traits are what destroy them, because insteadof hiring engineers on merit (i.e., skill) they are hired because they hit a checklist. It's how we get a lot of the AAA games we're getting, which have super long dev times and launch super broken and with fewer features than games we had 20 years ago.
Only 2 years away again....... 😂😂😂😂😂
The gameplay for Squadron 42 was limited, with 99% consisting of cinematics that crashed during the demonstration. CIG tried to blame the computer, but a quick look at the live server reveals otherwise. Those who donated computers for giveaways, which CIG used, might contemplate a defamation lawsuit against Chris Roberts.
Sq42 is not the PU. Be happy that you can't be sued for talking nonsense on the internet lol
@@madrooky1398 Nonsense? Thats what happen at Citizen con during the 42 demonstrations.
@@maxjergens The live server has exact zero to do with a gameplay demo at a convention. Maybe I don't understand quite what you are getting at but it sounds like nonsense.
Absolute nonsense, you're lucky you're not accountable for what you say on the internet
@@maxjergens Squadren 42 is not on the Live Server.. Star citizen is :P
