I've been watching several of these videos and I noticed a couple of things about those drivers: If you live nearby then you can drive on the sidewalk.If you have a job then you can drive in the sidewalk. If you are a local or Russian (xenophobia?) then you can drive on the sidewalk. If there's a child or an elderly person then you can drive on the sidewalk. Interesting logic, sounds very similar to the Sovereign Citizen logic.
Second: most people with very expensive cars prefer to fight against 5 or 6 guys filming your assault on them or drive against the SBP guys, which in some countries is a very serious offense, and they have to call the police go to the police station, risking penalties and wasting a lot of time,most of them said they are in a hurry, instead of going back and go to the proper road, action that would take no more than five minutes. That tells you don't need to be very smart to have a very expensive car and they are very insecure people.
Last one: if these people were afraid driving on the sidewalk as they are afraid of cameras none of these events would happen.
This is what happens when you straight up murder all the rich people in your country and take their shit. The people that were smart enough to make the money are dead and the biggest assholes and butchers become the new rich. Most of them are dead nowadays and the troglodytes you're seeing in their ultra expensive cars are their kids and grandkids. This is why they behave like this, being huge fucking pricks is what made their families rich in the first place.

This is by far my favorite channel. I am happy we do not have this type of issue of people driving on the sidewalks in South Florida. Keep up the great work you all do.
I dont get the Russian police they could make a ton of money setting up traps in these areas giving out tickets by the hundreds every day until people stop driving in the side walk.

Actually the reason is simple. They have a plan how much people they have to fine for various types of crimes. So as soon as they reach their goal of sidewalk parking there is no point to continue except you are a super cop and came to the police to serve people. But it's rare thing.

I understand when people try to take a shortcut or just dont know that they arent allowed to drive there, not saying they are in the right tho its their responsability, but it baffels me how unreasonable some of them get when they are shown their mistakes....you broke the rules, you got caught, live with the consequences of your actions
Just a little note for the translator: the word for the bit of grass separating the pavement(UK)/sidewalk(US) from the carriageway is 'verge' not 'lawn'. Lawns go around houses and in gardens.

Greetings from Mexico! We don't have that problem here, since the sidewalks are as half as wide as in St. Petersburg. In my city, sidewalks downtown are generally for only two persons! What we do have here is people not using their turn signals, driving while texting or calling on the cell phone and in general, drivers who either don't know the rules or don't care.
