I do your work outs on my Echo Show 8 by Alexa. I got a battery pack and water resistant case for it, put on the edge of the pool and as long as there is WIFI, away I go! At my leisure, no running to group classes.
We have a Senior Silver Sneakers group that get together 3X’s a week. Some of us get to class early and find different videos to warm up to.
I CANNOT wait for our next class. I am going to introduce this workout to them. I , personally, will be working my new noodle and it’s this video.

Thank you again for another amazing aqua work out! Definitely love the noodles! I always mention during my classes, 'Don't underestimate my noodle!". Haha I love how you added the noodle to your back and one out front for abs! I have a member who is such an inspiration! She had 2-3 strokes a few years ago and is very stiff on her right side. I've never thought about giving her one for the back and front at the same time! I can't wait to give this a try when she attends class next. Thank you again! 💙🌊

How do you keep for being moved around by the turbulence of the water from moving your limbs and/or the noodle?
Hi, it takes some practice. If you’re new to aqua workouts you will feel a little wobbly at the beginning… so just keep practicing;)
