    Thank You for this!! Im currently on workers comp in California, wondering if i should apply for std or Ltd. This helped a lot. 🤙🏾

    Thank you ! I want to go mmi and then I ll check if they would pay me after . They denied disability in the beginning because they stated it is a work injury. Hope this will go through

    California only charge 12 to 15 percent! Why are you Charging 20 percent?

      Every State has different laws and procedures and benefits. We only charge fee on what we fight to get the injured worker and we don't charge fee on all benefits. For example we don't charge fee on the value of the medical care we get for the injured worker.
