Bravo! This is a master pice job! It is also a very good business options for peoples who have almost nothing more than a blender and cost of the inputs. I used to buy such Kochkocha in Arba Minch from an elderly lady every time I travel there. Girl she do it marvelous with blend of spices. So let me share some spices she puts coarsely grinded Korerima, coarsely grinder kundo Berbere, and some other spices which I couldn't figure out. I also tried her recipe at home and got excellent results which is not compared to her. The spices gives the Kocha a full body and complex taste. I an not sure if she ferment it or not. One input I would like to add to your video is that, if you say some thing about boiling the glass jar in a boiling water for about 30-40 minutes before filling it inorder to sterilise it. From my experience, After filling the jar I put it in the boiling water (the jar should be placed in the boiling water half its height) by just toping the cover with out tightening it. After 15 minutes of boiling the filled jar I close it firmly and put it in my fridge after it get cold. No contamination, No change of smell or character it stayed for one full year.
