Until he hits puberty however there's no point him training, won't do anything. Whatever muscle he has is purely genetic. He'd be better off getting aerobic fit outside kicking a ball about then when the voice breaks hit the gym.

Max seems like an exceptionally stellar kind bloke, down to earth, respectful almost to a fault, kind, passionate. Real gentle giant vibes there.
I understand he must have really tight schedule but I'd really love to see him again. I imagine Eddie could give him a lot of advice long term, health supplements, habbits, food... well, considering the size of the lad he probably has that on point, but you get my point. Regardless, I believe he has a bright future ahead of him and I will definitely be keen on watching him press ahead.

I also work the continental shift. My hat goes off to you sir. It is hard. Massive jet lag every two weeks. Sometimes you don't know what day it is. If it's night or day. And Eating Oh my goodness. Eat during the day for 2 weeks then eat at night for 2 weeks. Yes it is very hard on the digestive system. As far as a gym routine. Well I guess 12 o'clock is the middle and basically is when I can get there. AM or PM.

Receiving guidance and support from Eddie will definitely help him to achieve his dream. Something that The Beast didn’t have when he started his strongman career though. I’m just waiting 2-3 years now to see Maximus up in ranks now to be one of the best for sure 👍
