  • Things are loooking up. This week includes:
    - A trip to the physio
    - A fast paced workout
    - A 19k long run
    - A 7 Eleven Chocolate Thickshake

    Different problems here on the other side of the globe; just had my second pair of daily trainers studded. A lot of ice this vinter so I need spikes all the time. Not complaining.........

      Mate I cannot believe that you’re running in the ice and snow. I used to hate running in layers and a beanie. Spiking up must be tricky. I’d be complaining a lot!

    There is no substitute for stamina. Long slow runs will build it.

      Absolutely. Finally getting into a good long run routine has really been a game changer
