- What a day that was. Running for 42.2k is not easy add in 33 degree heat and it makes it even more challenging so to run a sub 3 hour 45min marathon I am so proud of. It was amazing to see so many runners and to be apart of it, an awesome prep for ironman port Mac now having confidence to run a marathon.

The right turn out of Centennial Park almost killed me too!!! I felt like death at that point lol. Well done - we did it!

You did well… alas, my Sydney Marathon ended at the medical tent at 31k with blood pressure of 60, an IV drip and being strapped to an EKG… fortunately, I recovered over 90 minutes in the tent, and I live to fight another day.
