ONLY HEARING ONE TRACK? You have to take it into an advanced editing application to see all the tracks. If you are just playing the recording with a media player you can only listen to one track at a time, it's like how movies have different audio tracks for different languages. Edit it in your editing app the way you desire and then when you render the video all the sound will be on track 1 again for you to hear and upload or use the way you want.
How did you get that "executables" in the property menu?! When I open mine I dont have that, in fact I have to set it to the actual channel that I am in each time I record with discord or else it will ignore it completely.
Hey I'm having a weird issue. When I recorded what I wanted to record and then go to the mp4 file and open it, I can see the video but my mic isn't picked up in the file but my desktop audio is and when I open the file on premiere pro, I don't have a video but all my 3 tracks are there and perfect, so anyway to fix?
sometimes when theres a loud noise in a game im recording myself playing the loud noise will muffle my mic until the loud noise stops is there a way to stop that? (other than just muting the game...)
Hi Is it possible to stream and record at the same time with discord, But not let OBS record the sound of discord and the stream still hears the talking?
I know this is not about the recording, but I’m calling my friends and playing a game that needs audio. Is there anyway i can hear both at the same time?
@@ConCon This is really off topic from the video but… I mean like a group voice call. I want to call them and play a game at the same time. It’s just that the game audio it muted. I want to change that, is there any way to change it?
Can someone explain how I can do this in Sony vegas?? Like I have my game audio and mic audio in one track....I have already separated them in OBS but when I port the video over to Vegas pro its all one track and cant edit individual audio files.
Is there a specific configuration or a certain way I need to add the clips in Premiere Pro to have all of the 3 tracks? I've tried draggin the clips over into premier but it only has the game audio track, no mic or discord.
@@ConCon Hi, it did. I fixed it by setting the tracks on OBS to 1,2 ; 1,3 ; 1,4. 1 being the track for streaming in twitch and the rest for separated audio tracks. This fixed the issue and now I have audio in my twitch streams and can clip with separated audio.
So I have a question, apologize if it's kind of a no brainer but when capturing gameplay and game audio, can you have one of your media inputs as (game capture) and then do the other steps you described for discord and microphone or will that gum things up? If not is there anything specific I have to do to capture the video, game audio, discord audio and microphone audio. Any advice would be amazing to have I'm just getting the hang of editing and I'm having a blast and I'd like to go on to make some more in depth content than just random little play of the game moments. Again any advice would be much appreciated. Much love 💜
The audio tracks are controlled in OBS output settings under the audio tab, you can checkmark how many tracks you want to be on or off over there. If activated they will still show up in editing even if empty
Greetings. Thank you, this has some potential for me. The issue I am having is that I do not have the $$$ for Adobe and am using HitFilm Express. I have been searching all over and cannot figure out how get it to work. If I Remux it into an .mp4 I do not seem to have the split tracks any longer. What am I missing? thx.

Glad I could help!
When I download the application, I dont get the application audio output capture as an option in my sources sadly
Was there an error when you tried to install the downloaded file?
@@ConCon Same issue and no error
thank you so much, absolute legend
You're welcome

Does this work on Final Cut Pro? Whenever I send the video over to edit, it’s never separated despite me doing all the steps
when i try to do the final step it doesnt work (making a scene with all the souces in 1), it just doesnt give an option to add any sources?
That's weird..

You should have video and all 3 tracks in premiere. That's weird
@@ConConso there is there anything i can do about it?
i have the same problem. any fixes?
Is there any issues with duplicated audio recording mic and discord?
No. You need to manage that in advanced audio to tell it which tracks to record each audio onto
mine is not working. i tried . it always records in the same track😭
sometimes when theres a loud noise in a game im recording myself playing the loud noise will muffle my mic until the loud noise stops

(other than just muting the game...)
Always set the volume of the track the game audio is on to half the volume of your mic

I really don't think so to be honest
BIG LIKE solved and fixed a 2024 issue

Not sure what you mean exactly, are you talking about streaming?

The game shouldn't be muted when that happens though

That's odd, I thought Sony Vegas had multiple audio track support

Does your premiere timeline show the empty tracks for 2,3,4 etc?

I think so, not really understanding what you're trying to achieve but yes you can separate it that way.
Will you still keep the 3 audio layers if you disable the audio capture (Beta)?
The audio tracks are controlled in OBS output settings under the audio tab, you can checkmark how many tracks you want to be on or off over there.
If activated they will still show up in editing even if empty
@@ConCon haha thanks i knew that, but i found out i doesnt work well when tou use desktop audio
Does it work on shotcut?
No idea sorry
@@ConCon ya it works, on the mp3 your using, go to properties, audio, then select the audio you want to use. Great video btw!

Try Davinci Resolve, it's a free program and should work similar to Premiere pro
@@ConCon Thank you for the response. I will check that out. Seems that HitFilm will not work.
Good luck
will this work with filmora 12
Sorry no idea, never used it before. If it shows you multiple audio tracks it might work
@@ConCon thanks for replying, and yes it dose have multiple audio tracks ill see if i can get it working you let you know
unfortunately i could not get it working
theres no audio showing up
Do you have the output audio tracks selected?
i think its good for recording.
True
