You know all the points you mentioned are true and reveal that you are special woman and exceptionally wise person; as you understand deeply what you read even if it discusses simple ideas. But I don't agree with you about not complaining about the idea of not complaining about medical work, it's tough and not suitable with human beings, we just do it because we are nice people, if they don't like how we complain about it then they are not appreciating us and what we are doing for them.
Wow! I’ve always thought Drs and Nurses had PERFECT lives 😮 I’m an instructor so inside my head only teachers are tired and overwhelmed bc as soon as one semester ends here comes the next semester rolling around again. I loved this video ! That was very brave of you to go to the salons and that was EXCELLENT MARKETING for your business. I will be completing that writing exercise bc I have found myself complaining more and more within the past 3-4 years and I don’t want to be that person. I’m actually proud of myself bc usually I watch a video for the first few minutes and say “Oh, I can’t relate to her, I can’t learn anything from her. I have children, I work a lot, we are different ages, we are different races”. How ignorant on my part. I’m on my third video of yours and I’m loving the content … DEFINITELY relatable 💛
Challenge accepted 😀 One thing I appreciate about this video is , everyone has flaws! Thank you for being real and sharing. The reminder of being mindful and not projecting on others when they complaining...my take away 🙏
@@SarahNicholls To be honest Doc, I do alot of internal complaining ...if that makes any sense, I havent mastered the art of not complaining totally, but being more thankful just being alive, With so many people loosing their lives around me, does help. So, One thing I stopped to notice is the internal dialogue of things that frustrate me, and may project when I am faced with the thing that leads to the complaint. For eg. If a cashier takes too long, I don't immediately just react, unless I'm past the " being patient meter" so I would speak to myself inside and let the frustration out.. which is also not helpful. Perhaps you could shed some light on this thank you Dr.

I’m going to give this a go, however I already think I moan too much so let’s see how it goes!
Good luck with it! It's hard but I think you'll notice a big change in your mindset
If I had to quit complaining I would just be left miserable with nothing to look forward too
Haha! It's weirdly cathartic
Thank you.
Ooh I’m going to try this starting today!! Thanks for the inspiration 💓
You are so welcome! I'm keen to hear how you get on with it... could be your next video?!
Really good. If I try to do that it won't even last for 30 seconds. I appreciate your self restrain.
Yep it was as struggle at times, especially the day the dog jumped on our bed with muddy paws...
