About me:
My name is Sarah, I'm a junior doctor in the NHS. I am a locum doctor in a busy Emergency Department in a trauma centre and I run an aesthetics business privately. I have far too many clothes for someone who lives in scrubs and workout gear 90% of the time and I occasionally show some of my outfit ideas on this channel.
Hobbies include: talking to people, dogs and cameras.

Thank you once again for your indepth and keeping it real sharing. listening and taking notes while working.. Especially no. 2 Not meeting deadlines, targets etc makes me overwhelmed. Bless you Sarah for your thougthfulness. Sharing your knowledge and experiences says alot about your Character and not only wanting to help people physically but internally, so others can achieve results. xxx
Loved this video as always! Hope you're keeping well Sarah, loads of love! 💛
just what i needed ty
Those are fantastic ideas, they all really resonate! I spend time every morning and evening meditating on stoic reading (from the Daily Stoic book by Ryan Holiday), and so many of the things you've mentioned are essentially what these ancient greek philosophers were writing about! Timeless wisdom, thanks for making it so accessible!
Everything temporary ❤❤❤
One of my favourite sayings 💕

You refered to other jobs/careers that you "gave up" to pursue a career in medicine. What sort of jobs would those have been?
Love your video… very helpful….but background music is distracting…. Maybe a little too loud or remove it ❤
Thank you! Yes I agree, I've changed up my editing style in more recent videos because I realised it is distracting. Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for watching 🫶✨️
Mam how much do you save per month after your living expenses? Nice video.
Our finances have changed a lot recently since we moved house, so I'm still working that out!
Hi! What age did you go and train to become a doctor? What did you do before that?

This (very old!) video gives a bit more detail about my story. I went to medical school age 23. Before that I did a biomedical science degree. I worked several jobs, including as a healthcare assistant, office jobs and I went travelling. I'm glad I started medicine after having some life experience!!
Thanks! If I could do it all again I would do medicine too.
Good for you!
You are looking gorgeous
Thank you 😊
