It just amazes me how much love and kindness we can receive from total complete strangers. If only our family and friends could show the same amount of kindness! May God continue to bless u both and all u do!😊
I love watching this channel. The two of you make us feel like we are a part of your beautiful family and life. Thank you for sharing your recipes and the ways of the old fashioned ways. Much love & Respect for you both❤❤❤❤❤
You two are such treasures! I think this is one of my favorite "talks" you've shared. I'm in tears, not of sadness, but joy at listening to two very special gems of God, that He put you exactly where you are. Would love to give you both a hug.......so glad to hear you are both huggers! Me too!, God abuntantly Bless you. Sending cyber hugs! 😁🙏
That is so beautiful..brought tears to my eyes. I think of my mother's hands all the time and what they did in her 100 years of life. I enjoy your visits so much, I feel like I am sitting across from you listening . It reminds me of when my parents would go visit family or friends and they would sit at the table visiting. I would always manage to find a spot and listen to the grown ups.
Miss Lori and Mr. Brown, I just LOVE when you two sit on the porch and talk to us!!!! Just shows that you two just love each other!!!! Just makes me feel so good!! Thank you both!!!
What a blessing to have 44 years together and your love still shines! Praying for all those who have lost love ones. We are all blessed by the grace of the Almighty. Praying everyone will grow close to him and love his mighty Hand on all of us.
You need to have a Whippoorwill Holler reunion! It would be packed. We have been praying for Becky and her family multiple times a day. She has been so devastated and needs our prayers. I would love to hear Mr. Brown pray for us at the end of each video. Thank you both.
Y'all sure make me feel so comfortable just listening and tell your stories. Oh how I remember my grandmother teaching me how to fold my hands and bow my head in prayer. I was so young and never forgot her. y'all are a blessing to me. Love n hugs 🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻
I love y’all so much!!! I enjoyed this video , the Sunday afternoon visit with one of my favorite couples. I love seeing the love you share, and your love for others. You both are such a blessing to so many people, including me. Mr. Brown I loved your reading. I want to tell you about my grandpa. He was a farmer, but also worked in a factory. Most of his young life, he would stop off on his way home from work and get some kind of liquor. I can remember him cursing the cattle and pigs when he’d had too much to drink. He had to hide his bottles, because Ma would pour it out. The chickens were spared from wrath because Ma took care of them. But what I really wanted to tell you is that Pa got saved and was such a different person. He volunteered his time to clean the church, that he had never attended and keep the grass cut. I never heard another curse word from his mouth. He became the sweetest man. This was really an eye opener for me, as a child to see first hand how God can take a poor lost sinner and clean up not only their heart, but every aspect of their lives... I want to thank you both for all the love you share with this needy and hungry world. I truly believe so many people are also hungry for the truth you share. That was such a beautiful reading and made me stop and remember, as I’m sure many others will. Much love to one one of my favorite couples . Hugs!!!!! 💕
I love these little talks, I'm a hugger too. You also touched my heart when you spoke of Becky of the Hillbilly Kitchen, we've been praying for her and the family as well. You all have taken a huge part of my heart and I consider you all as my extended Christian Family. God is so good. Thank you for sharing your recipes and bible studies.
I too watch the Browns and Becky and love them both! I don't comment often but I asked Becky for an address to send her a condolence card. The Good Lord knows what he's doing but it does hurt sometimes!! God bless you both!!
I was curious if ya'll were Trump supporters? I love and enjoy your recipes and videos. Many Americans would be very disappointed if ya'll were Trump supporters.
Dear Mr. Brown, thank you so much for sharing that reading from your brother-in-law. It was what I needed to hear at this point in my life. You both are heaven sent to so many people, God has certainly worked through you to touch so many. God bless you and keep you safe all the days of your lives 🙏💕🙏
Ms Lori and Mr Brown, Thank you for opening your hearts and lives to us. Our lives are spent in similar, yet very different ways, but your core values of love and perseverance are the same. If ever you find your way to California, there is always an extra room for you. I would be honored to host the two of you during your journey out west.
Thank you for that beautiful reading Mr. Brown. It's a keeper! I lost my grandfather at a young age. He had a deep booming voice and a laugh like Santa Claus! When he retired from farming for health reasons, he would sit by his cast iron wood burning heater, smoking his pipe, reading his bible, his newspaper or just be deep in thought, looking at his hands.Thank You!
I just love it when you just sit and talk. I hope everyone is getting foods and products put back for hard times to come. Things are going to get a lot worse, so please take care of yourselves and help others who can't afford it. God bless and live you all!
What a beautiful video background you have! I love to listen to your stories. My parents were 39 and 44 when I was born and the stories I would hear, again and again. They raised 4 kids before me, youngest being 17. God Bless you both and have a Happy Autumn!
My mom used to say “ I wish I could take a tuck between here snd there and have a good visit!” I think RUclips has done that for us. We can see each other and talk to each other on FaceTime too. Technology is marvelous. I also love your comment about every little bit helps! I heard that a lot when I was a kid and learn the value of doing small things that become big because of their constancy in doing. You guys bless my heart every time I come on. Thanks for sharing your life
What a beautiful reading! It sure did touch my heart. I have so much to be thankful for. My favorite videos are just listening to you both talk about " the good old days!"
Y’all have been such a blessing during this dark time we’re going through. When I get down I’ll watch one of y’all’s videos and it lifts my spirits! My husband watches your videos with me. Thank you for the encouragement you give us all.

Well Hi to you too. I want to thank you for what you've done for me. You have made me a better cook. From your Chow Chow recipe ,your fried pies, To that wonderful Apple Cake. God-bless you and Danny for all the good things you do.
Sitting out here on our back porch in the rocking chair listening to y’all. Just like I’m sitting there with you and listening to a more simpler time. God bless y’all.
You two so remind me of my Grandparents. I grew up with them. They taught me skills that I hopefully have passed on to my kids. They made sure I worked hard, to be grateful for my blessings and to stay close to the Lord. It was important to them to be sustainable. Waste not want not. You are such great reminder’s of what they installed in me. Thank You.
My PaPa got to be a little with my girls but how I wish he and my grands could have been around each other! We didn’t have money growing up, but, you’ll agree I bet, we was rich! Rich with LOVE!
I'm a big hugger too and I only wish I could give both of you a Hug 🫂. Thank you for sharing your life stories with your RUclips Family. It was so relaxing hearing you both talk and listening to the crickets in the background. Sending my love and gratitude.

That was beautiful Mr. Brown, thank you. Joining you in prayer for all sick and have lost loved ones. Y'all are a blessing to me . In çhristian love... 😘
My dad, brother and husband all truckers, a lot of people don't realize how important they are. They make the world go around. Without them we would come to a stand still. Love are truckers. I just love you guys, you are just good people. God bless
I’m laughing. My Pappy would put us in the truck bed. We could see the road thru the rust holes. When we hit bumps we would see bolts pinging the pavement. His hands were so rough yet gentle. I can still smell his Corn Huskers Lotion. God Bless y’all.
Oh yes, Corn Husker’s! Vitalis, Old Spice,Castile & Lava soaps, pocket watch & knife, Watkin’s salves, bristle shaving brush & real razor blades, suit and tie on Sunday…miss my Dad, he taught me so much.
Omg...what a beautiful memory you have. Thank you for sharing that! I love the smell of gas. My Daddy smelled of gas and oil when he'd come home from working and I'd cuddle with him and felt so safe....his hands were always clean to the best a working man could, shirts and pants too. But that light smell....that was Dad.
This video is the most inspirational video I have ever heard. I love you two and your sweet soft voices. I wish I could have talked to my grandparents more about their history. Thank you for all your videos.
I so enjoyed this video! Thank you for letting us into your lives and seeing who you really are! I feel like I just had a nice chat with a couple of dear friends! Hugs!! AND your ending with Amazing Grace - I can never listen to that song without tearing up - I say as a tear runs down my cheek.
What a wonderful visit. I do hope to visit in person some day, but I know we will in Heaven. Thank you Danny for that wonderful reading. God bless y'all. You are such a God sent blessing!
I love these chit chats you do! You two are so much more of a blessing to your subscribers than you realize! There is no need to thank us all individually as your videos are thanks enough! I hope you will do some meet ups in the future! My husband and I would love to meet you both! It would be so nice to just sit around a campfire and share stories together. We both subscribed to your daughter in laws channel and are both enjoying it too! I really enjoyed you both talking about your grandpas and the old times! We have been having trouble buying certain things again, so when we find them we are stocking up. Bottled Spring Water is one thing. I always remember what you say...."Keep your pantry stocked." Thank you Mr. Brown for the reading. Have a wonderful weekend and God Bless you both and your family. Love you!
I Love y’all so much. We know this is a really busy time for you and many other people who work to sustain their lifestyles. Thank you and Mr. Brown for sharing your grandpas with us. I wish so badly I could hug you both. I’m in Texas! COME TO TEXAS and we will come to you. If we can’t meet here, this isn’t our home. We WILL meet in our eternal home, with our Jesus. I am praying for you and for Ms Becky. I’m so very thankful for you both. 💙💗🙏🙏

I'm sorry Mrs Lori that I haven't sent you a card or gift. I love you and Grandpa so much....I enjoy your spirit of God that you present in your videos....You help me so much....inspire me so very much.....THANK YOU for being what God wants you to be....❤
I was thinking that myself. When Lori said how wonderful if we could be together I thought one day we will when we are together with our Lord. What a day that will be!!
Lovely chat, reminded me of my grandpa, he loved to farm. Congratulations on your 44 years together! The gift for the 44th is gourmet foods and wine, according to Google anyway :) Happy birthdays to all also! Thank you for the lovely reading.
This video was so relatable to me, The Grandpa's hands had me in tears, my Grandfather, my Mother's Father, came here at age 9 from the Azores, he stayed with a couple who didn't have any children helped them on their small dairy farm, they considered him a son, and left him the farm when they passed away. I spent a lot of time on the farm as a child in the fifties, I wanted to be there as much as I could, my Grandmother was a wonderful lady, she loved me and I knew it, I can still smell her crisp starched aprons, the smell from when she would hug me. And I still remember my Grandfather's strong, chubby hands, they were that way from Milking the cows by himself by hand. I have said I wish my children could have experienced time on the farm.. When I was at the farm I would bring the cows across the road at the end of the day to the barn. with my Grandfather, I love cows to this day, especially black and white Holsteins. Not everyone can understand my love for cows I guess, but its in my blood.
Love these chats! Just what we need in these crazy times! We can always depend on you both to calm us all down. Thank you for that beautiful reading! Blessings and hugs to you both!
Heart warming show. Thank you. My Grandpa was wise and hard working, worked, farmed, provided for all of us, miss him and Grandma so so much. They were such a Great influence on me. Thank you for the memories you reminded me of. 🌸🌸🌸
Thanks so much for the wonderful video! Just love them all but especially the ones where you just sit and talk about your lives and your family. I remember my grandpa's hands feeding the chickens, playing claw hammer banjo and planting garden, crumbling cornbread in his milk too. I hope you cone thru PA in your travels someday. Would love to have you! God bless you both. 💖
We absolutely love ya'll ❤. Today, I'm working on Tabasco sauce and Cowboy candy. Your videos keep me going! Every bit counts, is so true! Please continue to be a blessing to everyone!
I feel like l know you both somewhat from listening to Miss Lori and Mr Brown mentioning you in their videos. Aren’t we all so privileged and blessed to have them in our lives? Anyway l just felt prompted to reach out and say hello and agree with you on your comment to this video. Many blessings to you both from your friend Denise in small town Johnstown Ohio❤️❤️
Visiting with you miss Lorrie and Mr Brown is like visiting two friends. Thank you for your down to earth nature and humble spirits. Sending y'all hugs and a very warm Virginia hello! From the ❤️ Vicki in Virginia 😇
I'm a big hugger too! Om my goodness, if we could all get together and visit someday would be the best! I just love you two so much, you are such a blessing to this community!!!
The blessings you both are to me and my husband are a multitude. We look forward to seeing your videos. You give us a positive program to look forward to. It means a lot to us. Our lives are very parallel. You keep us inspired.
God bless y'all! Love this video. You brought back a lot of good memories of my younger years. I really loved Sundays. After church it was fishing time with my grandpa. Or the right season we'd go small game hunting or trapping. I grew up an worked many years on the family dairy farm here in Michigan
Thank you so much! Mark me blessed by this chat! My Grandpas went on to be with the Lord before I could know them. The Grandpa that loved me for 5 months before he went home was born and raised in Independence Arkansas. I made your Tamale pie last night and it was a hit! My 15 year old said "this HAS to be on the regular menu". God bless you and yours!!
I am so thankful for your channel.. Love listening to the both of you and the stories…I’m 73 and sit and laugh at some of the stories I relate to.. I loved my grandparents so much and lived with them awhile…loved watching my grandpa plow his garden with his old stubborn mule.. Grandpa’s Hands brought a tear .. Thinking about my grandpa… Anyway…love y’all…I watch you every day…God Bless you Two…
It was so wonderful to see both of you sit down and decide to have a good chat with us! Yes, some of us love the porch chats and I am a fan of that for sure! And I'm a huge fan of the old ways! So therefore I love to hear your stories of your grandma's and your grandpas and the way they used to homestead. I was sorry to hear about the pond losing the water however I have faith as well as you both do that it'll fill up before too long again! God bless you both for all you share and the knowledge that you don't mind sharing with us. Looking forward to October myself, I do love fall! Love to you both and your family, Sharon.
I loved every minute of this. The reading was absolutely beautiful. And, coincidently, my husbands birthday is on Halloween as well. God bless you and Mr. Brown.
Yes. I am saddened about Hillybilly Kitchen ‘Becky’s loss, and their girls Daddy. I am inspired by the YT Cooking/Homsteading Families who allow us to become your viewers & part of your lives, too. Back in the 60’s in Crossett, Arkansas Millwrights worked on Nuclear Plants in Boise, Idaho because there was no work there. Ate a lot of dried beans & cornbread! Wyoming, Colorado, and these western States are beautiful. Hope you both get to travel and see places, meet other people you’ve never gotten to see. 😍🇺🇸🙏
The simple time era that are talked about in some of your videos are times treasured for sure. It is wonderful to hear the way you tell them. God Bless you and I thank God for you and your channel! From our heart to yours, have a great week and see you in the next video.
That was a beautiful poem (reading) Mr Brown. Thank you for sharing it with us. It truly did make me think about life and the people that have made a difference. You and Ms Lori are a blessing 🙏🏼❤️
Meet and greet would be so wonderful. Y’all have such a great channel and I’m looking forward to seeing you y’all whenever do retire. Stay safe and healthy ❣️👍😃
I only had one grandpa. My dad's dad died when he was a small boy. My grandpa was an Italian immigrant, a fruit and vegetable man in a grocery store in Los Angeles. He was kind, adventurous and a hard worker. I loved his stories of the old country and of his life, work and being my mother and aunt's daddy. I have cherished memories of my grandparents. Always love the "chat" videos and loved the lovely reading. You're such a special couple. 👨🌾👩🍳
How beautiful GOD has made the two of you! You are such a blessing to so many people. You are greatly loved and appreciated. GOD bless you and keep you safe.
You deserve everything you get. You will never know the impact you make on people’s lives. As for me , you have inspired me to do more. You were just what I needed after losing Angie. 🤗 hugs!!!!! Xoxo

This video is the most inspirational video I have ever heard. I love you two and your sweet soft voices. I wish I could have talked to my grandparents more about their history. Thank you for all your videos.
Love those night sounds !! How peaceful and relaxing. I would love to be with you two. Love and blessings to you guys.

I was thinking that myself. When Lori said how wonderful if we could be together I thought one day we will when we are together with our Lord. What a day that will be!!
That was my thought exactly.

Thank you for this lovely chat. You two are such a handsome couple. Your garden looks beautiful. Continued blessings to you and your family. 🙏❤️🐕🇺🇸
Lovely chat, reminded me of my grandpa, he loved to farm. Congratulations on your 44 years together! The gift for the 44th is gourmet foods and wine, according to Google anyway :) Happy birthdays to all also! Thank you for the lovely reading.
Love just sitting with you two, Mr Brown in his reading, you are a wonderful loving caring couple. God Bless. 👍❤️🦋🙏

God bless y'all! Love this video. You brought back a lot of good memories of my younger years. I really loved Sundays. After church it was fishing time with my grandpa. Or the right season we'd go small game hunting or trapping. I grew up an worked many years on the family dairy farm here in Michigan
If not here on earth, maybe we can meet in HEAVEN! How wonderful that would be♥️👑🙏🙌
Thank you so much!

Thinking about my grandpa…
Anyway…love y’all…I watch you every day…God Bless you Two…
It was so wonderful to see both of you sit down and decide to have a good chat with us!
Thank you

I love the times we get get together each week! Here’s a big hug for both of you.
So relaxing listening to you both chatting. You're so down to earth and natural. Kind of a rarity on RUclips or anywhere else for that matter.
