We said goodbye to our friends at Otorongo Expeditions Lodge and boarded the biggest ship on the Amazon River - the Delfin III. We were upgraded to the Owner's suite which we officially call our favorite room ever!

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now travel vlogging is our full-time gig and we feel like we have the greatest job in the world! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

I started watching y'all a few months ago but recently started watching your travels from the get go. I so appreciate both of your senses of wonder and your awareness of the privilege it is to be able to travel and experience the world in ways that most folks, especially the poor, working poor and working class will never have. Mostly because most of us, even folks like myself who used to travel internationally, have some sort of blocks to thinking that they ever could. You have to be able to dream it (conceive of it) to do it, and many of us are too bowed down by the weight of everyday life to do so. But as I was saying, I think y'all are great and I love your attitude and joy! Peace!

You've actually done things others wouldn't dream of doing to bring us the experience!! Plus you both have golden hearts! Sorry to say but most who have the fortune to afford luxury vacations can be the most awkward to please! Great video, but this cruise is INSANELY priced. I am about to go on my 8th cruise and most cruise range from $60-$150 per night. However these cruises are ~$1,000 per night. I know that this is a unique itinerary, but these prices are crazy!
Adam A IKR! I went and “booked” the same trip as them and it is $10,000 for that same room. Insane.

I think I really enjoy your first posts because it relate-able, something that any traveler can try and do with time and effort. When you start getting things as sponsored it is no longer something that is attainable for regular travelers. We would need a lot of money to try and travel like you do now.
Maybe not attainable for many travelers but we do get to see the sites they see and share their adventures, worth it to me!!

Having grown up in and being from family from the Andes (albeit north of Peru, in a high-altitude metropolis in a valley pretty much at the northernmost point of the Andes) I really love the beauty of nature, the rush of the Amazon (or of the Orinoco, nearer where I was), the lush rainforests, the colorful villages outside of the big cities, the friendly warm people, and I loved the wide variety of Latin American culture, the cultures of the Andes, of the Amazon, of the _llanos_ (the plains), of the Caribbean just to the north and of its islands, all of that … but I also remember the crushing endemic poverty, amputees everywhere, dead dogs in the streets, children begging on the corners and selling plantain chips on the highway, and it’s nice that you were treated to such luxury, but I hope you know what a contrast that is to the everyday lived experience of most of the people outside of that bubble the cruise company created for you. I don’t really know what you should do with that knowledge, guilt is not the answer … but you definitely need to know that the reality you were separated from is oftentimes a grim one for people just as human as you or I, and maybe think about that when you choose how to spend your ad income or how to vote.
They were on a luxury cruise . But they didn't spend all their time in this cruise. If you watched their previous videos you would see them catching fish and alligators in the jungle in the Amazon.
