Heritage Auctions popped up a few times in your video. Not sure if it is a good reference since their involvement with WATA is super fishy. Aren’t they even facing a lawsuit for manipulating retro game prices? Don’t think that anything that involves them is a good reflection of the the actual market value.
Yeah, I've heard about the shady nature of this company regarding WATA. I only used it when I could not find information anywhere else, better that then nothing, but definetly not trustworthy numbers from them, Iput grain of salt comments whenever this happened :D
That Solatorobo footage really makes me wish there were more games in the series like the ds one

Yeah, Fuga Melodies of Steel is completly different gameplaywise. Very well reviewed and all, but not at all in the same vein as the 2 original games unfortunatly.
Very interesting that Richard Burns Rally is (marketed as) an arcady game on the Gizmondo. On PC this game is actually notorious for being a very difficult game that is loved by hardcore sim racers, who are playing modded versions of it until this day because they say that no other rally game is better. It's definitely not arcady there.
Wow that's super interesting, I had no idea. Yeah looking online the gizmondo version seems very dumbed down and different from the PC one.
Another great video, the effort you put in is almost without compare. Some of the games are quite ridiculous in price though I am curious of the DS titles Shepard's Crossing 2 and Solatorobo Red Hunter. Might check out some gameplay for the latter since it seems to have some stellar character designs and color pallet for a DS title. Must say though I did not expect to see a Wii accessory cost more than the console itself... One that had such a small limited print no less.
Thanks Scott! Solatorobo and the first game on the series, Tail Concerto on the PS1, are freaking fantastic, do check them out. Yeah Cyberbike was surprising to me as well, lol.
I sold off my copy of Solatorobo a couple years ago when I needed money, I miss that game :(
One game for Wii that might be worth watching is Rodea the Sky Soldier by Yuji Naka's studio Prope - the Wii version finished development around 2010-11 but was never released as a standalone product, instead the clueless publisher Kadokawa thought the system was no longer viable so they instead used a separate internal development studio to create a completely bastardized version of the game for the 3DS, and then ported THAT version to the Wii U instead of the Wii version (which is legitimately a great game), thankfully they were able to bundle the Wii game with early copies of the Wii U version when it finally came out in 2015. Making it the last noteworthy game to be released for the Wii. It's currently worth a bit over $100 according to Pricecharting but I think it has potential to become one of the most sought-after games on the system!
Asolutely! I do have that Wii U + Wii Rodea Sky Soldier. But I didn't know they also sold Wii U copies without the Wii game also included, that's great to know. Will keep an eye out for that one. Thanks for pointing this out!

I actually had the white cyberbike back when I had a complete Wii collection. I sold it for around $600 with the game a few years ago.

Always grateful for your content Arthur. There is a DS Veggie World that has a price twice that of the wii, even more perhaps. Also not sure if you ever checked out Turbo the snail and Hotwheels wii u, but my those don't deserve the cost...
Addendum: Kit from Kut and Krysta just donated a ton of Gizmondo to the video game preservation museum. I guess the company had ties to the Swedish mafia or something.
Thanks Jesse! Yeah, I saw the DS one as well, seems to be another rare game. I did see Turbo Snails on the Wii U, but not Hotwheels, will check that out. I heard about Gizmondo's from Kit and Krysta, didn't see the video yet. I wanna do a whole video on the story of this thing, its so crazy and interesting.
Great video! Heard lots of great things about SolatoRobo, but I'm not willing to pay THAT much for it. Some of these prices are bonkers, but it's even more bonkers that people are willing to buy it like with that basketball game.
Also, I didn't know you could plug the PSP into the TV and use it as a controller! :o
Yeah man the PSP is pretty awesome. There are even HD cables that upscale the signal it looks great. Its how I record PSP games nowadays, even more convenient than emulating.

Not a spiritual successor, they are in the same series straight up. The series is called Little Tail Bronx and it still goes on today with a couple of switch strategy games :D

Formula 1 2013 is the rarest Xbox 360 game in north america. Not counting nba elite 11.
Operation Darkness on 360 will eventually surpass those two college sports games. Watch out for that game.
I missed that one. I'm guessing you mean a NTSC US version of Formula 1 2013? Couldn't find one on sale, seems to be very rare, while the european versions seem common. Thanks for the tip! Will keep that one in mind. And Ive been looking for a decent priced Operation Darkness myself for a long time. I know its a frustrating tactical game but Im into weird stuff so Im really curious about it :D
@@FromTheVoidGames it's a weird one. I'm not sure why it's so rare. Not many people are aware of it. 2012 and 2014 are both much more common. PAL versions of 2013 are very common. But for some reason only a few copies come up for sale each year for the North American version of 2013.
But yeah like yourself, I don't care for expensive sports games or bad games that only matter for a full setter (like formula 1 2013) I much prefer the collectible uncommon titles like Operation Darkness.
I sold off my copy of Aquanaut's Holiday. Fun game and very relaxing. It was similar to Afrika, but better I thought. Even though I made a nice profit off it, I sold it for less than half of what it's worth now. Oops. 😅

I have a Japanese copy of The Last Guy, and it plays in English. Even if it wasn't in English, it's a simple game, so it would be easy to figure out if it was in Japanese

I really like all the content you made prior to the closing of the Nintendo shop (wii u and 3DS), but these videos are boring and totally useless, there are all a bunch of crappy games that no body wanted and therefore there are not much out there, they can ask a million dollars no one is going to buy it unless it’s a crazy rich collector. How about the most expensive or better the most desired games hard to find?! That would be much more interesting.
Noted, thanks for the feedback Loknath. A lot of people are liking these so I think it's a matter of preference, but I do see your side, and will very soon release videos more simmilar to the 3DS ones you liked. For instance very soon I will make a Switch Hidden gems video.
