I've tried on a browser, on my iphone, and in the youtube app and it still doesn't say I have any memberships after trying out the free trial, yet I'm still being charged. Does anyone know what to do?

I have had to cancel this at my bank. The instructions to cancel Premium don’t work. RUclips just keep billing me despite trying in vain to cancel. I will NEVER subscribe to RUclips again!

@@kathrinepablo1794 problem is on RUclipss site it says it will automatically turn into a paid one and there is no way to cancel it (no cancel button anywhere) atleast for me so im now sitting here lowkey panicking because i didnt even want on it and misclicked ( it didnt ask me for paying information and stuff or verification)

YT didn’t give me a choice but to accept this 1 week free premium membership. You know when the screen is just stuck up and you can’t continue unless you press the “continue” button and accept that membership? I was trapped!!! It’s annoying! There’s no way to cancel it like what this video is showing.
For real, they told me they would "notify me a week before trial expiration". Never got it, what I did got was a bill for my supposed "free 1 month trial". True scumbaggery from YT. No wonder people use adblock.

@@GearFifthWagyu give them a break i did get my reminder and you probably did to in the mound of junk you get daily. Wait till you sign up for Patreon.. RUclips has been so nice to me that if they sent a bill you are luck most don't they just grab the money i now have my card set to alert me it anyone taps it.. so i can resopond quickly.. but if youtube taps you and you let then knw within 24 i can assure kyou they will refund..give them a break they are so far above the rest that it hurts.

Yes, they make it so easy to sign up. And I spend an hour trying to figure out how to cancel the trial membership. And and you know usually you go straight to a video to figure stuff out. That this time I didn't but, as soon as I watched your video I immediately accomplished this, t y.
Thankyou Trevor - that was very helpful and very simple directions to follow. I signed up to Premium so I could download videos from a friend's channel to make them available on a website but when I clicked on download, it only seemed to put them into a folder in RUclips. If they were actually downloaded to my PC, I have NO idea where RUclips directed them to go. They ain't showing up in DOWNLOADS.
This app has never been buggier than it is now. RUclips premium was never worth it even though I was customer for almost two years. All you’re essentially able to do is skip ads and listen to the video with your phone off which is nothing. I hope more people get encouraged to discontinue the service.
Plus if you go to the desktop version of youtube you can downscreen the video anyways.

I didn't even sign up for this service!! All of a sudden I got a pop-up today that asked me if I wanted to extend my free subscription...FREE SUBSCRIPTION?? TO WHAT??!! All I did was go into my Apps thru Settings and Un-install it...easy - peasy...I hope!🤞

@@kick2slow I found a way to cancel (I’m on iPhone) instead of trying on the app I used the safari web browser logged into RUclips on there and clicked my profile in the top right corner and it let me cancel through there. I’d assume it be the same through google too.

Same here. Did they charge you when the trial ended? I'm getting so pissed, I've tried to cancel/deactivate on two different phones and my chromebook but it doesn't show that option anywhere. I clicked on the "get RUclips premium" thing completely by mistake trying to exit that screen.

I also didn’t have a cancellation button and it was a pain to cancel the subscription. To anyone else having this problem just spare yourself the trouble and chat with an agent and they’ll cancel it for you in less than 2 minutes.

This gave me so much relief- I pressed cancel 7 times and it didn't go away, but now realizing that it should go away at the end of the month and or 3 days, for whatever reason that it should stop automatically is very nice to know 😂
OH my god! Are you saying the youtube trial cancells auto and does not auto bill.. that is honorable. i have had to deal with a few Patreon assholes and they have never heard of renew your subscritpont.. they renew and you are stuck.

OMG TYSMMM, I subscribed to paramount plus and I believed I didn't want to actually use it so there was a free week trial and I get it, you have 7 days but I was still like "oh no, i dont want this anymore, JUST GET IT OFFFFFF 😭" so this really helped and i was like "idk if its gonna work bc this is a youtube premium but, I wanted to try everything to get rid of my problem and this worked! Anyone having a hard time canceling or ending the subscription, you may go to Google play and then manage account, remember to disable the desktop site mode if you're only using a mobile phone. Then there, you will be able to see your active subscription, and then simply tick cancel subscription. That's it.
Bro RUclips is so aggravating I literally was just on my phone next thing u know it says free trial for premium and Idk how I clicked it but apparently I did and it says it ends on July 15th and I’m hoping it just removes it and doesn’t do anything else (does it just remove it or does it cause something else to happen after it removes it? Thanks for the help, had to unsubscribe because youtube's constant vibrations triggers my anxiety. Until I figure out how to turn it off (tried turning off all sorts of vibration feedback without anything changing) I can't watch anything. :(

I cancelled my RUclips premium subscription from Google play store but still on my RUclips my subscription showing inactive how to remove it any solution?
NOTE: unless a premium is shown on the subscription/premium screen for the free music UTube or Google trial period it will cancel automatically by the date shown under thanking you for being a music premium member. Should you choose a premium that will then show there and you will be billed on the date shown for the next month. In this case you will have to cancel it. As per this video. No premium it will cancel automatically. So don't choose one if you don't want the service after the trial period. This is per UTube help.

You have 14 days that you can cancel your subscription, after that you can't cancel your free trial if I am right

Just like Facebook, Google continuously changes the steps for cancelling ANY kind of service or subscription they offer. This process had me in a loop for nearly 15 minutes and I got nowhere. Well, at least I can cancel the payment method with my bank.
there is no "Deactivate" button you have to click on cancel,

Why can't I watch movies for free during my premium free trial? If it doesn't allow me to, I will be canceling. I have tried several times to watch movies, and I don't see anywhere on youtube that I can watch it with my prescription. It says..subscribe.
