I signed up for a free trial of a transit app. While using the app, I noticed that it didn't have the bus stop I was looking for and sent an issue statement to the app developers to try to get the issue resolved. No one from the app team responded to even acknowledge the issue, so I canceled the free trial just in time. Thank you for the quick, no filler video!!!

Waw I removed icloud using iremover (Make sure to include the dot (.) between "iremover" and "org")
I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of yourdfdfdfd transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

When you cancel a subscription, the subscription is still active and usable, until the end of the subscription period.
However, if a free trial period was in effect when cancelled, the subscription access ends right away.

Thank you so much, I always get up late into the morning and I saw a alarm clock app ad on youtube so I downloaded it and it asked for a free trial. My iPhone is old so it loads for a while. There was a button with nothing on it because the text took a while to load. I clicked on it and it was actually a subscription! I am young and actually don’t have a credit card. Since it was an old phone it still used the circle on the bottom of the phone. So I exited the app and decided to delete it. But when I clicked on the home button, the payment method was fingerprint and I had used it. Then this was the first video that popped up when I searched for how to cancel a subscription. Thank you very much.
My parents probably would have killed me.

I have the same issue, I got a 3 day free trial for an app and after the trial it’s 14.99 but I want to cancel the free trial but when I tap the red “cancel free trial” button I see a loading circle in the corner then it goes away, I tap and nothing happens, and apple send these messages that don’t help at all😢

Don't get me wrong I love my apple computers, but they do not make it easy to cancel subscriptions, control user purchases who share your accounts, or determine who or what made such subscriptions on family accounts. The drive for a minimal UI design comes at a great cost for usability.
