Hi could you please explain to me How I Would connect my boost controller to my waist gates on My 2013 Audi A8L 4 L. This is the first mod I'm doing. Next mod will be RS7 modified turbos and a thorton chip Then I am going to add down pipes and complete Exhaust. .... I've been all over RUclips and I can't find 1 video. Where they connect a boost controller to a 4 l A8 S8 S6 or RS7. Need help
@@devargomackey4159 sorry man. I don’t have the slightest idea. I personally wouldn’t mess with a boost controller. I would simply tune the ECU with a tried and true tuner or OTS like I did with Unitronic
Nice job! I will be doing this on the driveway to an rs6 soon! I’ve seen people say it’s a 7 hour job, judging your video, a competent tech could shave two hours if not another off that time!
Currently on stage 1 APR, IE carbon fiber intake, IE Xpipe, ecs turbo inlets. This is my next mod however cannot do it due to emissions. Wont pass smog. Also we've researched the power gains of downpipes and saw no gain.
Good video thanks, does blanking the second lambda (oxygen) sensors keep the MIL (engine check) light off? I have the same down pipes but haven’t fitted yet but love the quality of them 👍 Also meant to say did you notice much difference feel power wise now it can breath? How long did it take roughly ? I got a 2016 S6 from Copart it was listed as run & drive with minor damage to grill and bumper. However the car won’t start at all, makes a whining noise but won’t crank! Does this seem turbos issue or engine gone ? Thanks so much for your videos
Can't wait to hear it with straights all the way back. I like your approach. Loud as it can be, then tone it down as needed. Are you considering cutouts too? Looks like you have plenty of room under there.

How is the quality of the downpipes? And do u know if they Should fit on an Audi Rs6 c7 to? RM motor told me they fit. But the turbos on the S is a bit smaller? 🤷🏼♂️
Question, for you or anyone in the comments; does the RM DPs fit the AWE exhaust without modifications?? iJust bought the AWE and planned to buy the RM DPs.

What is the size of the tapered end of the downpipe that goes into factory?
Do some high ass flow air filters too intake work is a must with exhaust.

What about the engine control lamp? Is there any error because the o2 sensors are not plugged in
Yes there would be a CEL and it would affect performance because secondary o2's on this car are used for fueling.

2015 A7 has a totally different motor, 3.0 supercharged V6. Car in the video is a twin turbo V8

Is that stock catback with only APR downpipes/ mid pipes?
Caylan Kelly it’s RM motors catless downpipes with stock catback. My previous S6 had the APR downpipes.

I have been looking at the s6s for a while now how reliable do u think the engine are when u up the power ie stage 2 tune or rs7 trubos stage 2 tune?
TURBO FAILURE MOTOR MOUNTS PCV--I believe Audi extended the warranty to 120 miles. Oil lines to turbo fail, DSG transmission ---hmm what did i miss
