That snake one is actually reassuring, there’s a reason they call them rat snakes, they eat rats (and other small rodents) and are absolutely harmless to humans. I mean it can bite you, but it’s just gonna sting like a needle prick. It’s a helpful snake to have around, probably thought it saw food.
On June 30th my daughter heard a faint knock on her door at about 5:30 am. She didn't think anything of it. A bit later she got up and looked out her kitchen window and the landing and stairs that they share with their neighbor was covered in blood. Her and her husband looked at the Ring footage and saw one of their neighbors at the door for a few seconds and then walk away. They could hear him in the footage say "I'm dying, I can't breathe". Turned out that he and his brother had a fight and his brother stabbed him in the back several times. He died later at the hospital, he was only 21. The detective asked them what they heard and they showed him the footage. He asked them to email it to him. There were police at the complex all day, CSI showed up around 1 pm, and then the crime scene cleaners came about 4 and left about 8. They were pretty much trapped in their apartment all day.
I have a doorbell cam too but I think after watching this video I think I'm going to disconnect it cuz I definitely don't want to see what's going on at night while I'm sleeping cuz I'll never go back to sleep
The powerful thing about Ring doorbells is that you can talk to people without opening the door. People seem to fail to remember this. They could have asked the escaping woman why she was there and figured out her issue.
I get floaters all the time on my 2 IP Cams. It is just dust particles floating by. A small dust particle close to the camera lens can look large and out of focus. As for theirs a small animal could have activated the camera as one was going by.
Most doorbell cameras operate by detecting motion using the changes in pixels, not some other type of active sensor. So, that little glowing ball was probably a bug or something like that.
These are always a little creepy and scary. I almost bought a ring doorbell just incase. Especially with porch pirates. I believe in the paranormal. Because I've experienced it. The orb could be dust. But it's hard to say.
