I mean come on, there's instagram and we see beautiful house designs there. I still don't know why in 2024 someone would bid a house like this for 125M. I can confidently show you a 5BR home worth 70M and this house doesn't stand a chance. I just hate gray/white cabro and the way Kenyans overprice their houses, with nothing to offer. I mean I expect smart curtains, soft close toilet seats/wardrobes, glass doors, smart home features. Developer!!! It's 2024.
A kitchen hood, exhaust hood, hood fan, extractor hood, or range hood is a device containing a mechanical fan that hangs above the stove or cooktop in the kitchen. It removes airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, smoke, heat, and steam from the air by evacuation of the air and filtration.............................. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING IT A smoke extractor.... cheers and i always enjoy every show
For that price a free standing tub in the primary bedroom is a must and a boutique like walk in closet in the primary bedroom is compulsory. Period. Your presentation is awesome.
You guys do a good job. Your partner has valuable inputs, please be allowing him to finish his statements without interjecting. I believe he is not competing but complementing you. But overall, great job!
This property is ok by me, but there's one big let down on the Master suit, the there's no walk-in closet even though you can use the master Lounge for extra drawers. Also for that price point I expect fittings like microwave and washing machine to come as standard.THANKS MANSA FOR THIS WONDERFUL TOUR.
This channel feels like a local mirror or Enes Yilmazer. Would be nice if you ventured off a little and incorporated your own style into the presentation. Otherwise, still nice job.
I am a muslim and i don't know where you got the ridiculous notion that Muslim couples do not sleep in the same bed. Whoever misinformed you, needs to revise the error. That being said, great video!
The cost of living in Kenya really is crazy. I've seen a video of a house very similar to this one in Nigeria that was going for no more than 35M. At any rate, doubles thumbs up.
Would you please ya me on the video, I want to see it… I follow house tours around the world, and I respectfully disagree with you. Also note that the same house in a different location within Nairobi would go for a different price.
wow thanks for showcasing this property it has its pluses and minuses. let us give credit where it is due the price is not way off bearing in mind this is kitusuru. lots and lots of living space the kitchen is excellent, workmanship is very good on the down side no wooden floors!! no walk in closet in the primary bedroom yet there is a kitchenette no tab and the primary bathroom is small considering the house is 600 sq m . and of cause i did not see a proper laundry room. But the presentation is very good keep it up.
Ombachi catching strays 🤣🤣🤣🤣... Alafu ebu tell us more about the pop up smoke extractor... Have you featured one on the channel before? And why is it not popular in modern constructions?.. cz that definitely sounds like a great hack away from the usual ones that are bulky and don't exactly look the best to be honest heheh... I want to see the pop up one for sure... Mnipee GPS tafadhali hehe.
😂😂😂 Ombachi achangamkie hii nyumba. This house we toured in Zanzibar has a pop up vent. They are expensive that’s they aren’t common. Top of the league! But definitely gives a clean and seamless finish. ruclips.net/video/yrddPdbE13w/видео.htmlsi=AUiKthQSFaLX4LZT

Hey mansa. There is a house tour you did at mugutha. The one for 13m. Please where can i find that developer. I want to give him a project. Pleaee respond
Considering you guys keep saying if you are sleeping in the same room with your clothes you need to do better, what do you have to say about a primary bedroom without a walk in closet?
@@MansaPlus yeah maybe the lounge in the primary bedroom can be made smaller to accommodate more space in the bedroom for a walk in closet, however it'll be quite difficult to fix the en-suite cause it's too small to fit a tub
You know those old couples that build "plotis" then the wife doesn't care and overprice the rent its the same in this lol. They even chose orange as the paint of choice😭😭😭. But still 1/4 acre is a lovely space.
@@MansaPlus Man you remember that 165M loresho house you showcased in loresho, there's a car that flew and crashed into one of those mansions garden last week that's crazy too.
These prices are crazy high, Mansa. I don't know if you know this, but only 0.01 ℅ can afford these prices, and its very unlikely they would be watching this. Please do vidoes of houses that people can actually afford. Ranging from maybe 7.5m to 15m.
Houses in high end areas of Nairobi are meant for diplomats, business executives, directors of multi national companies for who 1m dollars is small change, not for everybody out there. 😅
i think you are wrong on this sir, speak for yourself but i know for a fact that people from all over the world watch this chanel and i know people especially in america who have bought million dollar properties thru this platform so let him mix to accommodate all of us.
@@MansaPlus Thanks for your response. I think it's good you understand where I'm coming from. I'm a young man and I get discouraged when I see these price tags. I was really encouraged by the one you did at Mugutha. I was like, maybe I'm not that far from achieving my dream. But keep up the good work. I really enjoy these videos.
I'm a Muslim and i never heard of such thing like Muslim couples don't sleep together, that is so untrue and you have been misinformed, it's a choice not religious

Great video! The finishes have a smooth, warm feel. It looks like a comfortable home. LOL! Where did you get the idea that Muslim couples sleep apart? You cracked me up with that one!
Great video of the house, unfortunately it's not worth the money. You'd rather get a good number of architectural houses in SA with a pool, bigger lawn and larger rooms plus other amenities.
I have watched mansa from day one..keep going broo👏am your big fan👊
Thank you so much. I really appreciate you!
Me too they inspires me a lot

I don't like smart homes. Not everyone does. This price is for the land.

Mansa kindly inform whether Standalone or Gated Community?
How Big is the Plot Size?
What is the Built-Up Area of the House?
All this information is in the intro! Pay attention.
If you were to ask me, the junior primary bedroom looks much better than the primary bedroom 😅
It sure does have its wins 👌🏽
Primary Bedroom is poorly designed. The bed facing the wardrobe?? What happened to walk-in closet???

No need to be negative, but this isn't a house that is worth that. It's literally just stone, cabro and like 4 meters of lawn.

The land cost is the main issue and I see you talking about a bigger lawn.
