Great video....yes, getting your paws wet! Lucky dogs...sweet horse... beautiful cross...that photo of you and the 'laughing' horse is pawsome! 😂 hugs from the pups🐺🐾🐶
Again Julie, another great informative video. Full of history with the added bonus of a nice sunny day! You cover a lot of detail here, that I certainly did not know about. I loved the wee bit where the dogs are barking, to take your interest from the horses and back to them again! I now cannot wait till the next video follows, as I find them very addictive. ...old Tich.
Hi! Hope all is well with you! There's a video of trip up, and one from this summer too ( if you could even call it a summer this year, ha ha). Still enjoying research and editing, so the videos are still being published! Thanks for reaching out!
I think this what my great grandfather spoke of the church . Please let me know how to reach you . This video is a gift as I have been searching for a long time . For my families home land .
Hello. I just found my family tree my grandma worked on when my mother passed. I am wondering if you can help me trace our lands . Archibald McWilliam born from knockhantymore machrohanish was my great x5 grandfather . His son Andrew McWilliams went to kilkeddan and he died there in 1774 at age 79 years. I would like to trace my family tree and come back to where my fore fathers birthplace . Can you help? Thank you for your time . Godspeed.
Hi, I live quite a distance from Kintyre, up in Oban. I feel that these guys would be able to help you much better, there is a history and geneology section. Thanks for watching! www.kintyreforum.com/
Beautiful area. Too bad the cows are left to roam the cemetery and the chapel. It should be more respected. But I love the history and the scenery is stunning! Thank you!
Thanks Cindy. I fear we will lose a lot of our truly ancient sites if better care and attention cannot be made of them. There are graves 600+ years old in there, I dread to think the damage that the cattle are doing to them🙄

One of the biggest underground military bases there and the longest military run way in Europe prime target for nukes
As mentioned in the video, Machrahanish had a community buy out in 2008, so the MOD have little to do with it now. Thanks for watching.
I worked there for 10 years and had access to all areas, there are no underground facilities on RAF Machrihanish except for sewage works.
