Will you do an update with Unreal 5.4?

I would like to - I’ve been rather wrapped up in artificial intelligence and machine learning this last year, but I’m going to push hard into Unreal and UEFN again this summer

Great video! does this mean that the point clouds can be animated with custom materials? how does this work and are there any of these "animated" materials available somewhere? im a bloody beginner =)

Elena, You can export point clouds you brought in - but what's the goal with your output? Are you thinking mod in unreal - then output for what?

@@ShaunFoster well my goal is actually to obtain navigable environment with both architectural model and the point cloud inside. I’m new to ue but errors during the package of a project makes me think its not yet possible.

@@elenabelkova8681 - For the point cloud plug in, it is early days. They seem to be making big progress. Did you try 4.27? It's significantly better than 4.26. If you're looking to do the nav model - for now probably you'll need to try MeshLab or other first. It's part of my research because of Virtual Production - but haven't needed to include any large point clouds in packages because it's all been used for PreViz
