    豉油雞汁雞翼
    材料:
    急凍雞中翼2磅
    豉油雞汁一支
    處理:
    1. 雞翼,清水解凍。
    2. 雞翼解凍後,倒去水分,輕手揸出血水,清水沖洗乾淨,倒去水分分,開住水喉,逐隻雞翼揸出血水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    3. 預先做好冰糖漿備用。
    烹調:
    1. 豉油雞汁,倒入煲內,大火滾起,加入雞翼,轉最慢火,浸30分鐘,令其入味。
    2. 雞翼,已經用慢火浸了35分鐘,轉大火,不停攪動,直至大滾。
    3. 雞翼已燜熟,放上碟。
    4. 雞翼,加入適量冰糖漿,撈勻。
    5. 雞翼,排好在碟上,淋少許雞汁在上面。
    6. 完成,可享用。

    Ingredients:
    Frozen chicken wings 2 lbs
    Chicken marinade 1 bottle
    Preparation:
    1. Chicken wings, defrost in tap water.

    5. The wings, add in appropriate amount of rock sugar syrup. Mix well.
    6. The wings, put in rows on plate. Pour little chicken marinade on top.
    7. Complete. Serve.
