They had the red in front of the at the hobby shop so I picked it up. I put some fans on the motor before I even ran it. I also got a 8000mah 100C 3s Gens Ace basher pro for it. It fits perfectly with the optional $8 bigger than battery hold down 👍

I'm going for the orange. Wanted to buy a hoss but i guess i will stay with the stampede (have 2 stampede 2WD ;) )

i'll have mine in a couple days same color I'll let you know what I think I'm probably the biggest stampede fan in history, will know right away if it's the real deal
until Traxxas includes speed sensor in the Bluetooth it's a complete waste of money. just buy this truck with a battery adapter so you don't have to use Traxxas batteries and you'll be good to go.
as far as the graphics there's two for adults and two for children the gunmetal dark ones are intended for adults. red is better than blue so I bought the red one but it's really gray red and black
i'm not gonna lie the graphics options for these trucks suck but other than that...awesome truck

We agree 100% this truck should have been what was released 4 years ago as a updated Stampede and possible with the name Stampede 2.0 to save some confusion within the lineup. The new gun metal colours are super nice outside in the sun and really have another level of detail for a rtr body
