Hello, I just watched a video with Dr. Berg, on RUclips and I just had a quick question. He was explaining what oxolate kidney stones and their causes. I understand too much Zinc and/or too much Vitamin C can cause multiple damage, including kidney stones but I’m confused on if calcium makes it worse or better and there seems to be a debate on Vitamin D as well. I’m not interested on how to make them better, but more what to avoid so they won’t create. Thank you for all your and help! Lisa
This is awesome I had one last month and now doing these basic habits to be health thank you
