Greetings from Denmark. I did volunteer work in the national parks in Arizona and neighboring states back in 2006. Thank you for "showing me around". It brings back memories. When you showed walnut canyon I immediately recognized the soaring raptors down the the canyon. I spent four weeks building patio and breaking rocks there. One of the hand rails down the canyon still has my initials and my fellow volunteers' welded on it :)
Great video. Makes me wish I lived near Flagstaff. 😉. I did the Walnut Canyon hike years ago to explore the dwellings and see them up close. Thanks for putting out this video.
Thanks! Walnut Canyon is one of the nicest places to see...I think it would’ve been cool living there and having a bunch of friends and family to yell at across the canyon haha. Thanks for checking it out!
Unfortunately, I don't live in the area anymore, so I'm no longer a local in Flagstaff, but I recall the winters being quite brisk to say the least. Proper footwear, layers, and the right equipment are necessary for even the shortest of hikes in Northern Arizona. This area can be unforgiving no matter what season it is. Always be prepared! Thanks for checking out the video and enjoy your hike!

Nice! Happy hiking!
Still lived in Flagstaff at the time of the radio fire and going to be hiking there next month.
I never hiked 4, 5, 8-9-10 but will in the future. Thanks for the heads up!

Awesome! And now I'm hungry for spam jerky too! Yup googled it and it exists.
awesome. I am visiting in October so very exited. Do you have any recommendations on the best places to fly a drone near flagstaff/sedona area?
Heading out this weekend. Any tips for the weather? Can handle decent winters myself. Looking for a locals knowledge on the trails!
