Is there any way to manually adjust the weights used when using a core (ie if you're using your own dumbells) like in your video at 5:09 ?
I notice they are selling a tempo move pro variation with a bar...does that mean that the barbell works with the move?
I love Tempo, but the Move should be $245, and you shouldn't need this. These companies say they want to get people in good shape, but they charge you soooooooooo much for products to help you get healthy.
That's business. You expect them to give it to you free so you can lose your rolls. It's about making money duh
