Just received mine today and I am already loving it. I totally despise going to the gym and I am not motivated enough to watch youtube videos and workout on my own. I wanted to be able to workout from home, whenever it was convenient for me, so this works for me. I can see why it's not for everyone but this was just the push I needed. It's pretty awesome!
I never have never understood the idea of having a tv just for working out. This seems much more logical and reasonable. But also…there are thousands of free workouts on youtube so paying for any program seems fiscally irresponsible for most people.
Yeah if I want a body weight exercise I’ll just use RUclips If I’m going to pay basically the price of an additional gym membership each month, I want an actual machine like a peloton Just my opinion It does look cool tho

@@striketochill the Android phones don’t have the needed LIDAR capability that the newer iPhones do. Tempo stated that they will open it up to Android if that capability shows up in the majority of Android phones.
I would use this. I like the fact that it tells you when you are ready to increase the amount of weight. The cabinet for weights is a big plus also. It is also probably much cheaper than a gym membership. Great video
Yes! This would be a way better option than having a bunch of different weights and no program to help you use them. Even for those of us who live in a smaller home, this is an ideal solution because it takes up less space and will fit nicely into our multi functional family room.
6:30: You don't get the barbell with Tempo Studio Starter either. You forgot the main issue with the Temp Move: it won't work without an IPhone XR, XS or greater. If you have an Android phone or just an older Iphone, you are out of luck for now. That is a major drawback IMHO.
LOVE the size of the Tempo Move!! It's so great for someone like me who doesn't go to the gym anymore and prefers to workout at home post-pandemic! I'll definitely be looking into it, thanks Shelby 😊
P90X plus bowflex weights costs about the same. If I didn’t already have those I’d give this a hard look. As I say that I’m half way tempted to try and sell them on eBay and if I could get a decent return invest in tempo

You should try Polykinetics. Created in 2014 by a single mom with no options. Didn't have any of the fun accessories but by "staying on the beat" to various exercises managed to lose more than 105lbs. No running, no jumping, looks super simple but its super effective.
This needs to be called out more clearly...You don't get the 10 lb weights or the heart monitor with the $399 package. I really think Temp could offer a cheaper Move package by allowing you to opt out of the cabinet. I have lots of room, so the cabinet is unnecessary for me.
If I bought this it would be only for that cool weight rack. Considering the workouts instead just learn your sets and do it while watching Netflix. That will be much less boring. "What if I wanna do push ups and can't see the screen?" Just pause the video and continue after the push ups dude.

Can you airplay the app videos to an apple tv instead of using hdmi chord? I use a projector screen connected to my apple tv which is mounted to my ceiling 😅 it’s awesome for my apple fitness workouts but wondering if it’ll work with tempo move.

I canceled my membership to my gym when I purchased this. The gym hasn’t been clean and it gets so packed. This is perfect for our “Covid times”. I hope you enjoy it !

We got the adjustable weights and they were about $300 and I feel like it was a better investment than something like this. It goes from 5-50lbs. So my husband (who is substantially stronger) can use them too.
Anybody have an extra profile I can use? I just got the move but can’t afford the monthly membership. I’d really appreciate it if someone has an extra one they aren’t using
These guys are marketing geniuses. Take a set of basic dumbbells that you could buy anywhere for $50, paint them, put them in a pretty cabinet, and charge $400. The main thing is to try and convince people that getting in shape is fun AND easy! I've lifted weights for over forty years. There's is nothing fun and easy about getting/staying in shape. You get out what you put in. If ahe sticks with this for more than a month....
It's also worth mentioning in the video that Tempo Move doesn't support iPhone X and lower models. Also, no android phones.
