I don't know why the Turkish Govt. is not issuing an English Tapu exclusively for foreigners Or may be for both (local+Foreign). Similarly, other concerned Docs. should also be in English. This will boost sale as well by creating trust.
Hi Bob.Turkish government does not issue the Tapu in English however its mandatory for foreigners to have sworn translator with them at the time of transaction so government makes sure that you fully understand all the details of the property before you sign for it.You can always get the tapu translated by a translator if you wanted to.
