In this FULL-LENGTH episode, Dave visits Daniel in the Fine Minerals International house and together they take a trip INTO the famous Vault!! Viewers have often wondered exactly how large this vault is, well, now you see it!!!!
I'm a miserable person through and through UNLESS I'm rockhounding or looking at pictures of minerals or watching videos like this one. I'd love to see these in person, to hold them and feel their weight. Just fabulous specimens galore! Such a thrill and a pleasure to see what marvels our planet has created over billions of years 😵

That smoky quartz at the 40:23 mark knocked my socks off. Jive watched this vid about 3 times and I notice something new each time. I'll never tire of minerals such as these
i love this channel. not only could i never afford these specimens i couldn't even afford the travel to see them. the educational value of all this is priceless. only on large mineral specimens can we truly see the potential of all these mineral and gemstone varieties.
Im sure you could afford to travel, man. Anyone can. Unless you have no job and owe a shit ton of money or something. Especially if you're already in the US. You can hop in your car and do a road trip after saving up like 500. Or you could start your own collection. I say start collecting

I just loved that...and I quote "it's affordable".....referring to 'up to' $25,000........ROFL
They are Rare and they are Unique. I dont know if that "Unique" Status is worth a Price of 25 K Dollars. For me personal, on 700-800 $ is the Limit reached on a Mineral. You alltime need to think: One Day i will sale them... nobody will buy a Mineral here in Germany for 25 K... or less. Here works 20-50- Maximum 200 Euros in the normal Way. All other you can not sale here
After all the episodes I've been watching lately to keep my calm in this covid pandomium I juat have to say that Dave Wilber is a crystal of a guy, adorable and touching my very heart with his enthousiasm and loving kindness in all directions, like one of these sparkling clusters shooting in all diections. Dave Wilber, I hope you are doing fine, God bless ya!

What was that Amethyst in the window with a large clear quartz in the middle? Thanks camera person for not showing us the front of it . . . ugh! I don't know what you guys are thinking but black showcases look a lot better than the white ones and make minerals stand out more (when properly lighted). Did you say you're allowing kids to come in there and touch things? Anyway amazing collection and I doubt I'll ever make it to the area to see in person so I hope you guys have another video to show us everything up close.

These sooooo need to be in a museum. I’m all for private ownership of pretty much anything. But these need to be on display in the Smithsonian.
The Smithsonian has some incredible things that we’ll probably never see in the open market. And some of these pieces do find their ways into museums. Museum collections are dynamic too.

I have been collecting for years and some of these are way overpriced. You can find nice gems at gem shows for affordable prices. But when you have a store you have to Jack up the prices to be able to afford the store they are housed in!!

It's too overwhelming to prospect gemstones in today's world. And nothing is good enough in the music world. Why even bother, I think I'm going to cut to the chase and dig a hole for my rotting corpse, then kick it nonexistent style for a while.
