- One of our annual favorites is visiting Daniel Trinchillo at the Fine Minerals International house during the Tucson show. In this clip from What's Hot In Tucson: 2019, Dave Wilber is amazed, yet again, at the incredible specimens that Daniel keeps pulling out of that magic safe of his. From Fluorites to Tourmalines to Aquamarines and MUCH more, Daniel does not fail to impress.
This collection is beyond anything I could ever dream of collecting. The specimens are so outstanding must be worth millions for the whole lot. Absolutely breathtaking

Daniel’s pieces are always one of our highlights of the show.
I love Dave Wilbur! He is so knowledgeable! And you can hear the delight in his voice when looking at these specimens! I get such joy out of looking at my miniatures as a new collector. And it's just wonderful to see that in other collectors! It's so wonderful that these videos are available! I have learned so much! I also appreciate Daniel's knowledge and willingness to show the vault collection! Beautiful, stunning pieces!!

Incredible collection! I stopped going to Tuscon. Like a kid running around the best candy store in the world. Maybe someday I will have some serious funds. So I can buy a few top specimens. In the end we can enjoy them. But no one will really own any. They belong in top museums around the world. At least I brokered two great specimens in Tuscon. One I was told was the best of it's kind in the world. I can't say anything else about them. Weird how I never really accomplished my goals in the mineral world. But I have photos in the Smithsonian. So at least I kept up my high standards. One was shown in one of the top exhibits in the history of the American History Museum. Ps. The Aquarium specimens I am sure are some of the best ever found. Wow!
This young guy, he has the absolute best collection of minerals I've seen and he's bragging his display! Very nice!!!

I feel so diminished seeing these top tier minerals. Such an exquisite collection just sitting around on hand that most people would die to have. Die to obtain just a few of those pieces.

My favorite piece was the green chineese. Most beauticul colors of greens so soothing
such great appreciative passion for their interest. Each of the them is totally engrossed into the magnificence of the crystal samples.
But that's really what draws people to trading baseball cards, stamps, and all sorts of collections. It's the passion and the presentation.

um yes he owns all those minerals and is the founder and owner of Fine Minerals International where his job is to acquire and sell the finest minerals in the world. He says a big part of his job is to spread and share knowledge of this stuff which is pretty wholesome.
Well, perhaps God could toss a bit more greatness towards my graduate school debts 😂
