All I can say is holy shit. Gunfire Games really nailed the sheer thrill of a boss like this. I am so happy that they were able to make this game, and I can't wait to experience this boss fight for myself!
this boss probably my fav. such a cool voice, badass looking, sick sword and music is top notch. also the arena is really well done and the boss moves as well
Bro, hardest for me too. Or when you wait for the delay and it doesn’t come then a random swing every 5 tries you don’t know is coming?! Had me pretty hot
Man i had such a hard time with him. Im very new at games like this and i dont rly time my dodge like i should. It took me good 3 hoirs to kill him lmao
You just gotta dance with him. Don't sleep on his clones, and know when they throw flames at you, that he is too/is about to in one of your blind spots.
I finally finished my first playthrough so I'm now going back and watching all of your videos to see you kick all of the bosses asses much harder than I did. Also I would love to see your full build you have been running. If you have shown it already I'll just have to go find it.
Nicely done! Saw your other comment about the final boss and getting it done on nightmare, congrats! As for the builds, it's shown at the end of all of the apoc videos
Me and my wife got this one on her first area as story-plot boss - and we didn't succeed get past firestorm phase. Because we both want to smash this jerk - decided to start my campaign in a different area and come here later on.
Least favorite for me he's cheap in every way shape and form this is an impressive vid but the fact is he couldn't beat him with just the rusty repeater unupgraded which is why this game sucks its not skill based its build based which for souls vets like me is irritating when you have to be reliant on the random items you find instead of actual skill.
Insanely infuriating boss. My buddy beat him solo, him and I tried like 10 times and couldn't get passed the fire dome phase. I guess when you have a friendly with you his difficulty increases by what feels like an astronomical amount. I went back and killed the elite enemies that spawn, the ones with the sword that look like ring wraiths from Lord of The Rings. They'll drop crimson prince coins. Get 3 of them and offer them to the boss and you won't have to fight him
Tbh there isn't too much to the build here, it's just stack absolutely everything into max damage (hunter + alchemist have massive passive damage bonus), and then all the relic fragments are flawless +3/+4, and rings and amulets are pure damage increases too. I'll mess around more with builds after I finish all the bosses on apoc no damage though
Hey Eso, if you were doing a more standard build (in that you weren't going for zero damage runs), what would you change from your current build? Would you add any defensive options just for comfyness or change any traits? Love the videos, good luck on the last boss no-hit!
The best defense is offense I find lol, so the setup for the most part works well, other than the ring of the admiral so not absolutely everything one hits me. It's also nice to swap to Summoner or Handler so not everything is focused on me the entire time, and makes it a bit easier to explore. Explorer and max run speed rings / perks any time I just want to rush through an area
I like the weapons I have on here, but Twisted Arbalest is also good (like the Ricochet rifle from R1). Summoner / Handler are both nice to run around with, makes it a little more relaxed while exploring instead of having to stay hyper focused the entire time
Pretty much everything shown in the video are my favourites so far, but I'm sure there'll be other weapons that I'll prefer. If there's something like Devastator from R1 then I'll be set with Devastator / Nebula combo. Final boss favourite by far, incredible fight. Faerin/Faelin was also very cool
I find it very interesting that all of these FromSoftware meatriders always love to brag about how hard the games that they play are, yet the moment they step into a pvp game (you know, the types of games where its way harder to win because youre not fighting an AI), they always get steam-rolled or find some sort of excuse to say that they dont "like" those types of games, yet are also always the ones that complain about developers not making enough hard games. Like buddy, the hard games are already right there for you to play (Getting Diamond in League, getting top 500 on Overwatch, having over a 70% win-rate in ranked CSGO lobbies, etc...)
@@wugira76 You said it yourself - when they step into games where you're not fighting an AI, it becomes harder for them. In soulslike games, it's all about learning the AI's patterns and timing your dodges according to their abilities. In PVP games it's about being able to predict your opponents, having faster reactions than them and generally playing smarter. In other words, these are different types of games and require different sets of skills, so it's not a very fair comparison. With that said, it does require way more time and effort to become good in a PVP game than to beat any soulslike game on its hardest difficulty without taking any damage. But when it comes to single player games, then Elden Ring is definitely among the hardest games to master, alongside other ones such as Remnant, Sekiro, Devil May Cry and so on.
All I can say is holy shit. Gunfire Games really nailed the sheer thrill of a boss like this. I am so happy that they were able to make this game, and I can't wait to experience this boss fight for myself!
make Shure you bring a nice close range weapon
When I tell you I enjoyed this boss fight I really did bro😂 I almost regret beating him. It was fun for sure.
Awesome fight I haven't fought him yet but I did get the ending where he becomes king
this boss probably my fav. such a cool voice, badass looking, sick sword and music is top notch. also the arena is really well done and the boss moves as well
became one of my favorite souls-like bosses. the whole aesthetic is so cool
also the best looking drop in the game in the crown
I had the hardest time with this boss fight. Something about the timing of his swings in that second phase really messed with me.
It's those delay strikes that can be very nerve wreck
Bro, hardest for me too. Or when you wait for the delay and it doesn’t come then a random swing every 5 tries you don’t know is coming?! Had me pretty hot
99% are undogdable no matter what you do.

I’ve never struggled on a boss like this in any video game in my entire life. Jesus Christ
I feel you :(
You just gotta dance with him. Don't sleep on his clones, and know when they throw flames at you, that he is too/is about to in one of your blind spots.
Best boss in the whole game, with fantastic dialogue to boot.
Cross had been watching you everyone is claiming you are his son. 😂 plus your guides are saving him big time 😁 love this boss fight so epic ^^
😂😂
This boss was so hard for me. Was not expecting that for level 4

Forget those incredible skills, it’s that music that’s got me hyped! I LOVE great boss music!
It would've been cool if The Red Prince had a secret storyline that allowed you to ally with him to defeat both of the Imposters.
right>?
@@websterri tbh what we actually got in the dlc was cooler (I posted that pre-dlc). I just wanted a more complete red prince storyline.

It took me time to realize this dude is kicking our ass with just ONE ARM. Like, he's literally missing his other arm.
Holy hell, just seeing those fire-whirlwinds makes me certain that I'll have to upgrade my PC before ever playing this game
Favorite boss in the game. Haven't played him on Nightmare or Apoc yet but got multiple fights across survivor, vet and Co op.

@@Thiccness_Is_Delicious ok
as someone also attempting this, did you have any issues with your ADS and dodge inputs not being read at random? it's often occurring for me.
Happens all the time in this game. Especially after a neutral back step melee; I have to reclick LT sometimes.
Good Lord ! It was pure suffering for me ! It took me more than 40 attempts to beat him.
Holy shiaaat, buddy. That was incredible 👏👏
Nice to see you post Remnant stuff again.
Since you are doing no hit for bosses, why not just go naked. Best Rolls Sushi can buy.

Its an optional boss anyway so you dont have to fight him or collect coins unless you just want the loot
@@count_zakkula666not necessarily, he was blocking the main path in my game
@@IconOfSin interesting
@@count_zakkula666What bosses you are required to fight for progress is completely random aside from a couple like the final boss.
@bandicam144p3 good to know. Ive only done one playthrough so just assumed main bosses and optional bosses were just shuffled within their categories

Absolutely kino boss fight. What armor set is this? Looks fantastic.
I know the question is for Esoterickk, but I hope it’s ok if I give an answer: it’s the Space Worker Set from N‘Erud!

This fight gave me chills when I beat it. Legit the last time that happened was in D1. Damn. This game. This fight was so good.
I paid tribute then he sent his minions to kill me and then he disappeared 😂
just died for the 14 times on this boss, in coop hard mode it's impossible to survive the fire phase...
cord of probability and zania's malice should give u more damage.
Which rifle are u using?
Thick Skin
Gets upset you toss him 1 coin
I'm stuck on this now on Apoc. Still using the heavy build with 390 armour and 140 health, can get to the first heatwave ok but then i get tanked
Ive literally been trying to kill this giy forever and he has the elemental resistance modifier. And my build is with corrosion.
I just realized that he has only one arm….
Good job :)
