Is there a reward for only doing 1 crystal? I know gunning it straight to the boss is how you get the Monorail & doing both crystals gets you the melee.
Question: in your opinion, what's the hardest boss in the game? For me it's Alepsis-Taura because of how much of an endurance battle it is, but I have yet to beat Annihalation on apoc with my main build, and I can't beat Lydusa or Stonewarden with it because it''s a bleed build.
The bosses are really only as hard as you want them to be. Crescent Moon will get you through every boss no problem. Skill based builds with Invoker will get you through.
There are too many options for setups in this game to limit yourself. There are many builds that make short work of Lydusa and Stonewarden. For me the hardest boss is actually Faelin/Faerin.
@@datriadx18 I know there are, the issue is that I fought Stonewarden with Starkiller, making the fight harder, and Lydusa with pre-nerf Monalyth, trivialising the fight.
@@bkelso61 I know that, doesn't mean they can't still have variable difficulty, my build is not overpowerred, and I like it that way, I like the game being challenging.
I'd say Annihilation is the hardest in the game for sure, at first it's very overwhelming with so many things going on. Once you get a feel for it all it's not too bad though. Alepsis I'd say is second
The new Fragment/Prism system is cool. I just wish they made it different. Not being able to make changes is terrible when you cant guarantee the perks. And some of the legendary perks are INSANE. Fingers crossed and I wish everyone good luck on their fragments and prism rolls.
Dawg I'm glad to see more Remnant from you. You were the reason I played the first game. I seen advertisement but forgot the name seen you playin I was instantly hooked. Forever grateful of your videos
@@grimneeldrakia7173you can fight him off rip if you really want to, that's how me and a buddy of mine got Monorail. But maybe you get Monorail that way or if you do talk to 1 crystal.
There's 3, 0 crystals destroyed, 1 crystal destroyed, and both crystals destroyed. Minor differences in the fight, 1 crystal destroyed brings the walls from the edges of the arena before the final phase, and a shield on the boss in the middle phase. 2 crystals destroyed brings those walls and the big beam that covers half the map, and two shields in the middle phase
@@Esoterickk gotcha thanks, love your content and your drive to do the things people thinks aren’t even possible and you blow it out of the water, keep blowing our minds .
I just can't defeat this boss, my hands are exhausted. The power creep they have inflicted on this game has now made for utterly ridiculous boss encounters and, I can guarantee they will keep nerfing us and not the bosses. I just do not enjoy this game anymore. Boss rush is amazing, but if this guy spawns, I might as well quit. SO frustrating. Amalgam is too hard as well, their attacks are massive and just way too fast for me. Really liked this series, have to give it up. Good luck to everyone else.
Haven't fought this one yet, but the mere fact that this fight is a close second behind annihilation for your standards has me insanely hyped
Jesus dude you started late and still beat me, and flawless too. GG still learning this lol

I think 1 Crystal gets you a trait, but I also got the trait when I got Monorail (no crystals destroyed)
I was able to get that trait as well but from fighting the boss without weakening em.
I got gloves

For its last phase, if you have enough mobility, you can just side step his projectiles and dodge once the wall is about to hit
Wait does he drop something different after destroying only 1?

3 versions?! I thought there were only 2
I'm guessing you can fight him after only detroying 1 crystal so that makes him at half power
