First: Well done mate. second: But here is a giant tip! If you downed the golem you can go under the currupter and shoot here in the ,,belly´´ its a huge right spot.. impossible to miss :)! thank me later
Bruh the normal way of killing this guy had me so confused so there’s a secret way to get the alt kill where you melt the guardian and he actually straight up dies and it counts as an alt kill so I thought that was the normal way and when people told me what the normal way was I was confused af😭
I don't understand how it looks like the robot is so slow moving in these clips, meanwhile I play on Survivor and it hard focuses me with the jump attacks I can't dodge and my teammates go completely ignored by it.
@@graycloud9313 I've been given an answer to that question in the meantime. Corruptor uses its health to power that stone golem thing, and as the opening cutscene shows him restoring that thing, it does not have its full health when the fight begins.
You have your PC specs, but no mention at all of your build details lmao I get not including the stuff we can see on your UI, but surely a list of rings/amulet/relic fragments/mutators would be useful to people?
@@Esoterickk Thank you for the answer, but i mean... So you have to kill the guardian once? I killed mine twice, once while fighting and once shortly beforte i dispatched the boss. So i wondered, why yours was alive while the boss died.
Normal kill you kill the guardian once or more, basically so the boss absorbs it and drains its own health. It doesn't matter if you kill the boss while the guardian is down or not. Alternate kill you don't kill the guardian at all, and the boss doesn't absorb it
Theres actually a secret third way to kill the boss and receive the stonebreaker. I was using the plasma rifle and absolutely melted the golem on its first phase of having its head open. The golem died and started disappearing instead of its usual reset by the corruptor. i thought I broke the game and proceeded to dodge more frequent waves from the corruptor until I defeated it and got an achievement, “was that supposed to happen?”
So since you have beat Apocalypse and everything do you know if you get the old Remant 1 boss weapons back or are the exclusive to Hardcore Apocalypse because I see mixed reviews online with no one showing proof of there runs?
@@IconOfSin Did you beat the game at some point? Our team of 3 had 1 person (off host) not get it but after progressing a biome in his own game it all updated and Sporebloom was there.
@@LazyData yeah that's what I mean I beat my game solo skipped credits dtraight to co-op then all my ward 13 reset. Still the same so far, I don't mind rerolling campaign anyway. I assume it's a console bug. My own fault because it's happened every single time I go to co-op, have to go through mudtooth's entire list of stories
Bro not playing apocalypse mode, he is the apocalypse 💯
That moment at 6:10 though lmao. So close to getting super unlucky
it always happens with a little sliver of boss health left too lol
@@idk8964 haha right
And when he jumped on the 3rd platform also lighting orb barely missed him, what a moment :D
That neutral dodge under the swiping hand. Get out of town, that was telepathic. Insane as always. GOAT
Not to take any credit for the timing of the dodge but u actually have more i-frames when you do backstep dodges.

wow u seriously saved my ass ive been trying this shit for like 4 hours on apoc and after doing that i got it in like 5 tries ur a goat
i did that too. but the stone golem too tough, tho..need some fire ammo for extra damage
Yo that mantle on the edge was clutch holy shit
Trying this now, the flyers are so bull

6:10 even my heart dropped lmao
Damn fr 😅
Man some of the instinct dodges in this are just nuts, damn!!
He can't keep getting away with this.
This bosses alternate kill was my first no hit in this game 😁

Does anyone know why the Corruptor never starts at full life, but with one third of his lifebar already depleted?
i noticed that too..wonder why..

I show it in the video after each fight
I thought you get the Lazite stuff when killing the boss while the robo guy is down
Twisted Lazurite is for normal, Hollow Heart is for alternate (but I already had it from a previous kill)

Literally the only way to do dmg in apoc mode is gunslinger and hunter. Everything else is cool n all but it just isn't it.

Me and a friend got Sporebloom and the Ent's Sword after beating veteran. Non hardcore.
Stargazer and World's Edge for Apocalypse, he posted it yesterday
