METAL DRUM GROOVE LOOP - 16th triplets double bass at 100 BPM NO CLICK

This 16th triplets double bass metal drum loop at 100 BPM without click track is a tool for any musician to practice with. Catch up with your guitar picking speed, bass plucking stamina or keyboard warrior finger accuracy using this five minute drum loop.
This is not a static drum computer loop; all patterns are played by me, human drummer Frank Skillpero. It's a repetition of 4 x 4 bars of a simple, half-time feel double bass groove. There are four different fill variations in there to keep it more interesting and inspiring.
So, I hope this track helps you improve your practice routine. Be sure to let me know in the comments. I'll be making more of these over time in different variations and tempos.
