- Manu Ginobili has been chosen as a future inductee is to the Basketball Naismith Hall Of Fame. In his amazing career, he won an Olympic Gold Medal, 4 NBA Championships, and became recognized as the greatest 6th man of all time. Dude this video was straight fire. That final sequence at the end was one of the best edits I've seen in a sports tribute/hype/highlight video. Makes me think of that NFL ad with a similar feel but honestly executed even better. Amazing tribute to an amazing player that means so much to me and this organization we all love so much. You know its the best tribute when it's the only one that includes the bat bat. Truly, thank you for this video.
I’m so happy u enjoyed! Thanks for making my night with the kind words, god bless🙏
Agreed
I was at the “bat, bat” game lol… I’m glad I got to witness the greatness
No ego. No BS. Pure heart and talent. One of the greats.
💯💯💯
Manu The Great Ginobili. Sorry, THE GREATEST! 🇦🇷🏀♥️🇷🇸
💯💯💯
Manu is a hero in Argentina. He made people care about basketball in a country where everything is about Football. I will never forget the 04 olympics.
Gracias Manu🇦🇷
🥲
Manus moves were the most unpredictable moves in nba history
💯💯💯
We will miss his magic, obi wan Ginóbili ♥️🇦🇷💪🏻
We will? We already do😭
Two things nobody talks about. 2003 1st year in the NBA, rookie year, final game, entire 4th quarter. He was on the court, making plays to Win.
2004 he was MVP, then somehow change it for Gasol.
Oh and he was the MVP''s of 2005. We all know this.
Yea manu was nice. Def one of the best 2 guards Noone talks about. I just remember him making any shot he threw up. Crazy layups, floaters, everything would drop.
Yessir💯🔥
The editing of this video and timing of his hall of fame induction, couldn’t have been anymore perfect. 🔥🔥
Yessir🙏🔥

Also gave his right nut for the Spurs
U forgot 2nd runner in 2002 world championship

@@yamipablo First. Ballot.
The fact he's not top 75 shows you rankings don't mean S H I T...great edit
Yessir👌
Why would he deserved to be on that list? You can’t be of the opinion that playing an integral part of a dynasty, international career and winning gold for your country in a sport dominated by the USA should qualify him for being in the top 75. That said, I am thrilled that highly accomplished players like Harden, Lillard, AD and Melo made the list…….
@@ThommyOcho basketball is a team game. Stats are not always indicators of a great player. Manu had better stats then some of the lower 25....come on dude you're just too young
@@smurf6901 thanks for the reply, but obviously you didn’t catch the sarcastic undertone. I am absolutely for Ginobili being part of the 75. He was one of my favorite players to watch. I cannot fathom why these constant under achiever like Melo made the list, and just the bubble Mickey Mouse championship doesn’t qualify AD to be in it either
@@ThommyOcho did you just say highly accomplished and "AD,Lillard, Harden" in the same sentence? that must be some good crack, all jokes aside, yeah he should be in the 75, no idea why him or even DH12 or Carter is not in the list, like who the hell did the voting? cause no way in hell AD, Lillard or Harden is more accomplished than those 3.
Manu never was a sleeper.
He gave it everything he could on the floor to win and then some.
Yes he did🥲
straight 🔥🔥, FIRST BALLOT hall of famer Manu Ginobili 😍
Yessir🔥
Dude, just Thank You So Very Much.

People always forget this:
2004 Olympics MVP!
🙏🙏🙏
The most passionate, crafty player I have ever seen. His timing was almost always perfect on changing momentum.I wish I could see magic like that again with any player but know that will never happen. Thank you for the memories. Sure am glad I got to witness his play. GINOBILI
🥲🥲🥲
Maradona on the hard court. Pure magic.👏
Legendary tribute for a legendary player
Yessir🐐
🤠🇨🇱🐐🏆🏆🏆🏆
Manu sacrifice more than anyone to win, he had heart of a lion, grit, he was fearless, humble and down to earth, married with his longlife girlfriend, he cared about his teammates because he knew basketball is a teamsport, he never cared about the stats, he never cared about the media or the recognition he really deserved, because he knew what's life about, so many life-lessons to teach about him. And im glad for him he get the HOF, but if not i wouldnt care, because Manu has something many Superstars would never have, you can be a HOF, be on the top, to have amazing stats, to have all the money you want, but this man had the love and respect of all the people who watch him and know how good he was on and off the field, something that money or fame can't buy. Love you Manu!
Yessir🔥one of the most amazing and humble people the world has ever seen
A legend in the Game. Won every Championship
🔥🔥🔥
They say Kobe gave this man mad respect I've always respected his game
Yessir🔥
And it's worth to mention that he beat team USA twice playing for Argentina in the 2002 World Cup (2nd place) and in the 2004 Olympic Games when Argentina won the Gold Medal
Yes he did🔥but I couldn’t find enough high quality clips to include it💔
Jealousy,by NBA ,and his own team destroyed his Fame career
Absolutely. And I watched every Game. 👍💕🏀
@@jjjsportz I wonder Why ????
@@ACESHARPGAMETIME How???
After MJ retired, Manu became the reason I continued to watch the NBA. Spectacular player!!!
Yessir🔥
Manu Ginobili is my favorite NBA player ever. I vividly remember the first time I saw him was on a newspaper when they won the 2005 NBA finals @11:50 (the frontpage was Manu smiling widely, pumping his fists while being carried) and in that moment I was convinced that he's my favorite NBA player.
🥲🥲🥲
His turn around lay up on Shaq still impresses me, dude has balls.
Craaazy finish🔥
That game itself is just insane. It was the '04 Lakers super team, and both Tim and Tony sat. So Manu led the remaining role players to a narrow loss in overtime in a game the team had no business being competitive in at all. It was seen as his NBA coming out party, and is just full of ridiculous, ballsy stuff like that.
@@classthoreau3541 that makes it even more bad ass!
Underrated player.
Big heart.
Humble.
One of my favorites.
And he and the Argentine National Team humbled the USA.
Hats off.
Respect from the Philippines.
Gracias Manu.
💯💯💯
I feel like nobody sacrifaced more stats in his career then Ginobili.
Nope, he sacrificed so much
@@jjjsportz there is or was a video here, on YT. Pop tells Manu, Tim and Tony how he appreciated that they accepted their roles and said "I killed your stats."
He gave them kudos for appreciating their roles and how he was able to use the bench and develop the other players to achieve the common goal of championships. And how he was so proud that they accepted this and we're willing to do it for the sake of Team success, not their own individually.
Even Shaq gives the Spurs credit for this. He said the Spurs "never seemed to have problems there."
I'm sure he was in at least part, Comparing that to the Lakers turmoil at times. How both teams were very successful, but the Spurs didn't seem to have fires to put out as many other teams did.
@@Amick44 yessir🔥the selflessness of those spurs teams will never be replicated
@@jjjsportz it's gonna be awful tough. Esp with the "super team" mindset that has inflicted the minds of so many players today.
Many chase titles and or opportunities to play with certain guys or situations and are fine with knowing it may only be a year or so. With no view or concern about any long term success. Get it now.
Wilt maybe. He was told to not score this much, else he would’ve easily continued to average 50PPG a season. He had to focus on other things than scoring though.
Ginobili is my all-time favorite player he' was unstoppable
Yessir🔥
So I am
Manu Ginobili, my favourite player..
Dido🔥
One of my favorite. Melo Man number “1”. for myself a Knick fan win or lose 🏀🏀🌺🌺🌺✅✅✅💕💕💕
Manu lived and breath basketball. He was incredible disciplined, hard working and wanted to win above all else. When watching interviews with him and about him you can tell that all he cared about was basketball and his family. Manu worked very hard to accomplish what he did. This guy is an inspiration as a human being.

He never said that but great comment
@@hiems9523 🤣🤣🤣

As a San Antonio native and long time spurs fan..this video brought back so many great memories!

I’m a Forever Knick fan and I have to say THE SPURS are next for me. I watched Manu put some moves on Melo. Go to give props. He did a job on Bron too. Shook him up and the Spurs won 🏀✅
Nice video! Though it has to be said, Manu was overlooked by the media, but NOT by other NBA players. The respect from both teammates and rivals was obvious and was shown again and again. The media (and some clueless fans) are the ones that overlook or disrespect him.
Absolutely, ask any player who had the pleasure of playing him and it will be nothing but kind words
@Pedro Sosa yessir🔥

Congrats Manu Ginobli! FIRST TIME HALL OF FAMER!!!!! HATS OFF!!!

Ginobili was everything you could ask for as a Spurs fan or a fan of basketball
So fun to watch🐐
Manu is Legendary 🏆
Yes. He. Is.💯💯💯
I modeled my game after him and D Wade, loved their ability to slash and attack in the paint, to get past one defender and consistently draw another and still score or make a easy basket for a teammate was unmatched in that era.
🔥🔥🔥
People seem to forget he was the only other player besides m.jordan to win the gold medal then win championships in same year before every one else. Moss watching him play... so special
Yessir🔥💯
Manu is one of the unsung heroes of basketball which made the NBA great..the GOAT of EURO STEP

That fucking passion... that's what it's all about. That's pure love for the art of basketball.

Such a unique player. His mind and skills are top

No new players would be who they are without the eurostep. Manu made that move a household name.
💯💯💯
Manu is the GOT actually...he has the combine talents skills of all legendary players like MJ, Kobe, James....hope bioepic movie will soon film to be starred by Andy Garcia
💯💯💯
Awesome!! He was a destroyer
Yes he was🔥
They didn't put him in the NBA 75 greatest. And he may be ok with that. But not me. But for a lot of people including myself, he will forever be one of the greatest...
Yessir🔥
Like once upon a time Manu say to the media here in Argentina, Championship can't be won without sacrifice, without hard work, a chant, a Lucky charm wont make you win...the hours on the gym doing reps and drills over and over again...untill is on your muscle memory, in the film room, eating well, good rest and the right mindset to show up to the Challenge...that's the way Championship are won...at least the only way he knows...great video
Sorry for my english
Yessir🔥(ur English was great lol)
The fact the man gave his nuts to the game says it all!!!! Manuuuuuuuuu!!!
😂😂😂
Manu gave me interest in watching basketball, specially NBA. (2007 Finals) Since then, he was my favorite player until he retires.
🥲
He will always be on my top 10
👌
I very much agree with what Brent Barry said. There are not that many 2-guards better than him TBH. Sure there's more that are more physically gifted than him but if you factor in basketball IQ, heart, competitive mindset, and being a good teammate there aren't that many that are better than him overall. Those are the "it"-factor qualities that are often overlooked which equally translate to winning just as much as raw talent
That’s absolutely true. Not many SGs have finished top 10 in MVP voting either, Manu did in 2010
@@jjjsportz He was a problem for anyone back in the 2000s. Just ask Kobe (RIP), Nash, and other contemporaries. I also think he should've gotten finals MVP against Detroit
@@tyranitarxd2819 had he not gotten hurt in game 3, he walks away with a FMVP no doubt💯

When I see him pass a ball between his opponents legs 🦵. I was automatically in love 🥰 but that made my day Lol. Unbelievable. Manu you are the Man. 🏀✅☝️💕
Thank you Manu for 16 great and exciting years. Game 5 of 2014 finals, Manu comes off the bench and begin the Spurs comeback. It all started when a Miami player tried to be physical and bully him. Many made sure his opponent goes down and that’s was the beginning of the comeback
GRACIAS MANU!!!
icónico
This video is just as efficient as Manu is , no bs, big tree and Pop introducing each act, and for the finale, that transition...as a closer like MG was ...just Great!. Congrats from Bahía Blanca
🙏🙏🙏
