@@jamie.777 As a matter of fact, as I have seen on many crime/court related documentaries, and even here on Court TV, much of "cell phone pings" as "evidence" in regard to "location" are not admissible in court as proof of anything due to it's unreliability in "pinpointing exact location." This is even being mentioned in the Bryan Kohberger/Idaho murder case. PS) Also time stamps can certainly be manipulated. Just saying.
To me sometimes it feels the prosecuters aren't really trying hard, they are not good at pointing out important stuff to the jury IMO, not asking certain things when they could/should etc.
Also, there was a video sent to one of Paul's friends that shows Paul and Alex riding around in a buggy and laughing as they check out trees that had fallen on the property. It was taken and sent a 7 pm and shows Alex in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. What happened to those clothes he was wearing an hour and forty-five mins before the murders? And, as far as the clothes he was wearing, couldn't he have prepared a set of clothes, brought them to the scene, changed into these extra clothes at the scene, and then disposed of them when he went to his mother's?
Those clothes have disappeared. And he would have needed a shower to remove traces of blood and guts as well as gunshot residue. Hard to get all that in, in the time allowed. I think the clothes missing ALONE indicts him. If he innocently changed clothes from earlier in the evening, they should be in his room in the laundry bin, all clean with no blood. It amazes me that in the days afterwards when techs came over to 'search the house' the family (mostly lawyers) were all there and the house wasn't made part of the crime scene and off limits. SLED there is incompetent.
Exactly those clothes are no where to be found. The investigation should ask where those clothes are. If Alex did not kill his family those clothes should be clean and presented as evidence to clear Alex. But those clothes are missing which indicates Alex is hiding them. Guilty.

Go back and watch the first time they played the tape in court room. AMs sister is sitting directly behind him and the look on her face when she hears Alex voice on dog video Says it ALL!
Don't you all think it's (ironic) a major miracle that Paul is the very witness against his own father who happens to be the one that murdered him. His two videos are a witness that beats all. In the snapchat video, Alex is in different clothing; most likely the bloody ones. The timeline says Paul was murdered right as that video finished. 8:49:01 is the time Paul's phone went dead and 8:49:39 is when Maggie's phone goes dead. 8:50 is the time they say he died. Remember, Alex picked up Paul's phone- Most likely he knew the videos were there.
P.S. Alex took them to the dog kennel so the main house didn’t get blood & guts everywhere, hired hitmen don’t care about the living room furniture Vinny
No hired hitman, Alex was the sole murderer. Alex did not bring them there. They met per Alexa request. Then he very quickly ambushed them, Paul first then maggie. There are no cameras there, outside or inside. Camera are way out in the woods for hunting. Alex thought this was the perfect spot to kill them.
Oh I think he knew that there was something on Paul’s phone but couldn’t open it. And that’s why Alex called Rogan, to check and see if he had heard or seen anything because Alex said himself that he called Ro-Ro that night. That’s why he made a point of telling them that Paul’s cell phone popped out and he picked it up “to do something with it, I don’t know what”. I think he was covering for the fact that his fingerprints would be on Paul’s phone.
If you recall, in the car, he said that "Paul's cell phone had popped out of his pocket and I started to do something with it, but then I put it back down really quickly." HOWEVER ...According to the report, a cell phone in Paul Murdaugh’s back pocket had been removed and a blood stain was found inside the pocket. Kinsey said he believes the phone was taken out of Paul’s pocket by someone else after he was killed and the blood stain was produced during its retrieval. (as per Chief Deputy Kenneth Kinsey) Sooo.. there is another lie. He was going to check for that video and just didn't have time?
He probably didn't know Paul's password to unlock his phone to see all of Paul's text messages at the time of his murder. It's telling that both Maggie and Paul failed to respond to anymore text messages after 8:49pm. Why would Alex lie about taking a nap and not at the kennel with Maggie and Paul? Because that's when and where the murders happened. Alex is either hired someone/s or he did it himself.
@@matthill2957 yes maybe he couldn’t find it. But then again there would be evidence of someone being on the phone. Maybe Alex was going to delete the video then realized there would be evidence of that.

I don't place high dependency on the phones counting/not counting steps. My phone doesn't count my steps when I'm walking around in a store or when I'm mowing large yards. I wish it would because in both there is a lot of walking and I'd love to know how far I travelled. It only counts my steps when I walk to a destination. Was he holding a phone and not swinging his arm while the other was in hand of a swinging arm? That could possibly account for them not being in sync. My two cents.
Men who kill their wives ALWAYS CALL THEIR PHONE AND ACT CONCERNED AFTER. They think it makes them have a better alibi and seem concerned. Meanwhile if he called his wife before the murders and she didn’t answer there is no way in hell he would keep calling her.
Maggies cell phone was found purposely. If another person killed Maggie and took her phone, they would have destroyed it. Alex just wanted to create doubt
I think the reason he picks up Paul’s mobile, he wanted to check and delete it 🤔 because how would pick up a phone and try to open it before checking on his wife 🤔

The narcissists will ALWAYS support money and social hierarchy. It's all that matters to them.

To me sometimes it feels the prosecuters aren't really trying hard, they are not good at pointing out important stuff to the jury IMO, not asking certain things when they could/should etc.

He's a horrible actor. Guilty Guilty Guilty!

They had several witnesses confirm that it was alexs voice.
You hear paul say" its alright dad"
Don't you all think it's (ironic) a major miracle that Paul is the very witness against his own father who happens to be the one that murdered him. His two videos are a witness that beats all. In the snapchat video, Alex is in different clothing; most likely the bloody ones. The timeline says Paul was murdered right as that video finished. 8:49:01 is the time Paul's phone went dead and 8:49:39 is when Maggie's phone goes dead. 8:50 is the time they say he died. Remember, Alex picked up Paul's phone- Most likely he knew the videos were there.
Yes, and I bet when Paul was shot, Alex picked it up to try to erase the videos but couldn't
No he didn't or he would of had to get rid of it somehow. This is the best incriminating evidence and 1 st against him.
If he knew it was there he's a lawyer he wouldn't have made that alibi. He couldn't have known.
Great coverage. Thank you as always!
Thank You
P.S. Alex took them to the dog kennel so the main house didn’t get blood & guts everywhere, hired hitmen don’t care about the living room furniture Vinny
Exactly
Correct. The kennel was the perfect place to clean up. Cold and calculated.
I think you said it best. I Wonder if the police ever thought the same thing that you said. ❤️
Alex had no idea that Paul had did that Snapchat
Oh I think he knew that there was something on Paul’s phone but couldn’t open it. And that’s why Alex called Rogan, to check and see if he had heard or seen anything because Alex said himself that he called Ro-Ro that night. That’s why he made a point of telling them that Paul’s cell phone popped out and he picked it up “to do something with it, I don’t know what”. I think he was covering for the fact that his fingerprints would be on Paul’s phone.
Thank you for adding the subtitles because I couldn’t tell who is who 😅
Same here. I thought Paul was Alex, even then I wasn’t sure what was going on.
Same
If you recall, in the car, he said that "Paul's cell phone had popped out of his pocket and I started to do something with it, but then I put it back down really quickly." HOWEVER ...According to the report, a cell phone in Paul Murdaugh’s back pocket had been removed and a blood stain was found inside the pocket. Kinsey said he believes the phone was taken out of Paul’s pocket by someone else after he was killed and the blood stain was produced during its retrieval. (as per Chief Deputy Kenneth Kinsey) Sooo.. there is another lie. He was going to check for that video and just didn't have time?
OR didn't know how to use snapchat...
He probably checked his videos and didnt know anything about snapchat
@@matthill2957 yes maybe he couldn’t find it. But then again there would be evidence of someone being on the phone. Maybe Alex was going to delete the video then realized there would be evidence of that.
👍
Have they said anything about Alex’s cell phone data? When he called and texted Maggie, where did the GPS show he was at the time?
Hi. Due to work & family can't watch all aspects of the trial. My question is are Maggie's family present during procedure's?
Also, is it me or does Buster not looked bothered that his dad is on trial? Where was Buster when the murders happened? These questions have probably been answered. Being busy in life & in United Kingdom difficult for me personally to keep upto date
Buster was about an hour south at his girlfriends house.
He’s probably over the whole lie of a life his dad has been living .
Buster is manipulated and used by Alex
He’s lied to and lying for Alex
Hiding money
Moving money
Lying about everything
I think Buster believes either his dad did the killings or had someone do the murders for him.
I think Buster is probably overwhelmed w fear and grieving but he’s not able to express his feelings.
Buster is made to show up and be supportive of the only family he had left
Or walk away and be a self made orphan.
I think Buster knew his dad was upto some sketchy finances and lying
But I doubt Buster would initially believe his dad was capable of this.
I’m sure the more Buster learns the angrier he is at Alex
But can’t say it because he’s the only living heir to all the money and properties and doesn’t want to be cut from Alex will
Maggie's parents live about 20 minutes away from Mosel. Her older sister and her husband live in Charleston, SC. Her family has not made any comment to the press, and they have not attended the court proceedings in person. I expect they are home watching on TV like most of the world.

AleX stated in his second interview he was NOT at the kennels that night.
Vinnie. Truly the best top true crime journalist/lawyer
He didn't say he was at the kennels either doh
I bet Alex calling the phone that many times was trying to trigger it so that he could answer it in the phone would be unlocked
Who know's what the criminal mind is thinking?
Men who kill their wives ALWAYS CALL THEIR PHONE AND ACT CONCERNED AFTER. They think it makes them have a better alibi and seem concerned. Meanwhile if he called his wife before the murders and she didn’t answer there is no way in hell he would keep calling her.
Why? He gave the police her codes.
@@Thebeautiful11 he had to at that point. He was hoping the phone would die and they wouldn’t find it and he would go back later and dispose of it.
@@Thebeautiful11 because he had too. Other people must have known he had the code, like his brothers.

Maggies cell phone was found purposely. If another person killed Maggie and took her phone, they would have destroyed it. Alex just wanted to create doubt
Or the killer took it. I feel like he hired someone.
if another person killed maggie, they wouldnt take the phone in the first place.
He left his phone at the house to make it appear he was at the house and then lied abt being at the kennels, Premeditated.
I think the reason he picks up Paul’s mobile, he wanted to check and delete it 🤔 because how would pick up a phone and try to open it before checking on his wife 🤔
Houdini prosaccusers did a good power of suggestion on this one. Judges see through that crafty technique.

The fact that the dog "Bubba" had an animal in his mouth meant that someone must have been hunting at that moment. Alex could have been that person. He could have also worn a tarp (which was allegedly seen carried by Alex towards his mother's home) to cover himself from any evidence. All together, Alex made himself less suspicious why he would be carrying a gun and to not surprise Maggie and Paul. This could mean that he has a gun (or guns) with him during that time. @Court TV What do you know about the phone call that was made to 911 at the same time Alex was calling 911, by a couple who were on the road that goes to AM's and they said that there was a man by the side of the road, covered in blood, he had what looked to be white or white/blond hair, waving his arms at them to stop, he had his trunk or hatch open, it was a black SUV. They said he looked frantic, covered in blood. The couple said it looked like a set up so they kept going. This was on the same road as AM's property, the same time that Alex was calling 911 too.
