Fried Pork balls with Hokkien Style | 永春炸肉丸食谱 | ENG & CH SUB

  • This is one of grandmother recipe, an authentic Hokkien style fried pork balls from Yong Chun.
    We chop the pork belly fine and become minced pork belly, together with the ingredients the pork balls become so delicious and tasty!
    这是老一辈传下来的食谱之一,来自永春的正宗福建风味炸猪肉丸。
    这道食谱主要用五花肉剁碎成五花肉碎,再加上一些材料和调味,猪肉丸子变得十分美味!

    Ingredients:
    600g Pork Belly (Remove Skin, Minced)
    7-8 Shallots (Chop finely)
    6-7 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
    80g Ground Turnip / Sengkuang /
    Pachyrhizus erosus or water chestnut
    (Chop finely and squeeze the water)
    2 tbsp. oyster sauce
    1.5 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 Egg
    1 tbsp. Corn starch powder
    3.5 tbsp All purpose Flour
    Oil
    Chili Sauce (For serving)
    原料:
    600g 五花肉(去皮,剁碎)
    7-8 小葱(剁碎)
    6-7 蒜瓣(磨碎/剁碎)
    80g 沙葛 / 豆葛或马蹄
    (剁碎,挤干水分)
    2汤匙 蚝油
    1.5茶匙 糖
    1茶匙 盐
    1颗 鸡蛋
    1汤匙 玉米淀粉
    3.5汤匙 通用面粉

    辣椒酱(沾酱)
