Wow!!! What a busy day…you seem so relaxed however! I don’t know your coop set up but it looks like one of the girls has been sleeping in the nest box. If your roost is lower than the nest box that may be a reason. They like to sleep high! Thanks for sharing your DITL with us. You have a very beautiful paradise! 🥰
The roosting bars are higher than the nesting boxes but sometimes they all choose to sleep in the boxes. I think its because they were battery hens so that's what they're used to. It took them many months to build up the strength to use the roosting bars and figure those out.
@ ahhh that makes sense!! Poor girls probably didn’t have dseperate sleeping and nesting spots! Thank you for giving these girls a loving home! I have a few that are almost 8 years old now and they have so much personality. I just love them to pieces.
I alternate between the Redken volume shampoo + conditioner and the Loreal Everstrong shampoo + conditioner. Every 3 or 4 washes I use the Ouai clarifying shampoo and Amika hair mask :)
