    This is really good, thanks. I have quite a noticeable pelvic tilt and tried a few things. I’m only a few sessions into this but I already can feel a difference in strength, or maybe where there is a lack of strength. Them hollow holds are an absolute killer for me so I’m assuming that’s where the issue stems from.

    Amazing routine! My APT is almost completely gone. I like to come back to this video whenever my posture needs a tune-up!

    As a dancer, I've realized that my APT is the root cause of my back pain. That's a great follow along that I will start doing daily.
    I actually do 60% of these exercises but a diecated follow a long like this one is a blessing.
    It's been two months since I started working on fixing the APT but I don't see much progress. Maybe I'm being impatient? Or since that I've been having dealing with this FOR YEARS now?
    Anyway, thank you for this 🙏🏽🙏🏽

      @@Shaddad_Gomid I’m glad you like this video! I hope you’re starting to see progress now. One thing that has helped me a lot is engaging my core and glutes during the day to pull my hips into a neutral position instead of letting it fall into an APT.
      It seems when I do this constant adjustment throughout the day that’s when my APT gets better 🙌🏻
