Holy cow. I just learned about APT and just by correcting my posture and engaging my abs while walking, I can actually feel my hamstrings for the first time ever. My weight shifted completely and walking correctly caused my upper leg to actually stretch with each step and I feel those muscles. I never realized how much they were just not even used due to my posture. Just tilting my pelvis also takes so much pulling and pressure off my lower back. Crazy.

Oh my goodness thank you!! I have no idea how your videos popped up suddenly but I am just grateful that they did! 😊 I have limb girdle muscular dystrophy. So, all of my muscles are breaking down and at an alarming rate. In my case, exercise makes the process speed up because when my muscles burn, my disease causes the muscles to NOT regenerate. Once they burn, they break down, then they are gone. However, the stretching and breathing exercises, and sleep positioning and support that you explain are FANTASTIC and help tremendously! 😊 I just cannot thank you enough for taking the time to share everything that you do ❤️

This video helped me so much, thank you!! I have watched so many videos for years trying to find help with my anterior pelvic tilt and found little help and no carryover to my gait. I watched this yesterday and am already walking better. I love how simple it is to apply: letting the thigh bone move behind the pelvis.

I started going to physical therapy to help with some low back pain. I suspected it was APT and some week hip flexors and had been watching a ton of your vids and strength side's to help. First thing the PT had me do was the prone cobra press up. He recommended I do 10 every hour for 2 weeks... After watching your first APT program vid I'm so glad I stopped going to PT.

Something about the presentation and assessment could have had him thinking it was a disc bulge, which is one of the most common causes of low back pain and the prone cobra press up helps this but still needs care initially.@@ib1ray

Last time I went to IKEA I was out and in bed for the rest of the day basically from my back hurting. I feel like I have no idea what my posture should be..
I didn't even know I had an APT until this year... And I'm 28... It's also likely that I scoliosis of some sort... Which I also didn't realize until like.. the last month. I knew I had signs of some thing weird going on. But I never had anything to put it to.
I'd love to be pain free while working and standing at my desk
I have a fairly strong core, a strong back, and decently strong hip flexors from dance. Strong hamstrings, but very inflexible hamstrings. I've never been able to do a split

Hey! I have quite bad pelvic tilt (I have done for over 10 years) and one of my hips sits higher than the other whilst standing. I have a lot of back pain whilst walking etc
and waking up in the mornings.
When I try and move my body into the correct posture for example: sleeping, standing or walking, my back pain and chest pain gets extreme and I find it hard to keep it into that position for longer than a couple of minutes.. is this just because my muscles aren’t used to being in that position? Should I carry on trying to keep my body in the right position or am I doing something wrong?
    Thanks!
