Im in so much lower back pain because of my anterior pelvic tilt. Sometimes I bend down to pick something up and can’t even get back up because of a sharp pain that feels like my lower back is about to snap. Definitely going to look through your videos for some tips on this!

This is my problem too. I have hEDS. Today my hips and back felt off-kilter, my butt sticking way out... and I couldn't bend down and I've been in really bad pain all day. Like I couldn't roll over in bed without difficulty and pain. A few mins ago I sounded like a rotisserie chicken being cracked apart and now I'm feeling a bit better. Building up these core muscles and training our bodies to not default to the tilt is no joke, especially when there's are genetic components so your biomechanics are whacky at baseline. It's hard work because it's not a quick fix...it's an on going process for me.

I soooo relate! I've been aware of this ATP without knowing it was a thing that would bite me in the butt (🤨) later on in life. I'm in my 60s and wow these last few years with the pandemic and inactivity I've lost muscle and the pain from sleeping with ATP is a huge issue that follows through my day. I've got to take control of this NOW.

“I’d have a hard time hugging people.” ❤❤❤ A statement made by a person with priorities straight! I only recently realized that I had a tendency to be in an APT. Since I started working on establishing a neutral pelvis, my mobility and, indeed, my dance technique has totally improved. Thanks again for sharing.

I had an awful lower back that's been injured due to activities in high-school (played an instrument that uses a harness and relied a LOT on lower back muscles to stay in posture) and now it's resulted in an AWFUL case of pelvic tilt.
I just found out about it this morning and omg this is a life changer. I always though I had a bloated gut but once I changed my posture... it all changed!
    Tysm 🥺❤️

So I love you videos! I have been suffering for 2 years from si joint disfunction. My chiropractor says this is because the left side of my pelvis is in anterior rotation and the right side of my pelvis is in posterior rotation, and this causing my sacrum to be tilted. Can you post a video of some excercises I can do or leave some in the comments so that I can work on this issue proactively. Thank you so much for your detailed help about this problem. I find out week ago that i have ATP. But for me only symptoms is lower back pain that radiates in hips and buttocks BUT ONLY when im walking or standing more than 10-15 minutes. It feels more like stiffnes pain and discomfort but really impacts my life lately. I am a recreational powerlifter and when I do compund heavy movements there is no pain at all because luckily I know how to brace core before lift. But pain when walking will drive me out of my mind. So my question is: Do you have any suggestion on footwear for this kind of pain? Or that I just do exercises and stretches daily and learn how to improve posture and let the time do the thing?
