There's something about this video that feels nostalgic. The team up and collective death is poetic, the feeling I got at the end when Smoke and the others said they'd stay is inexplicable. A complete story. Thank you, Smoke.

Can you explain the orbs and why everyone died at the end? For someone not familiar with the game/mod, it seemed odd. Where did they go at the end and why didn't they explore that area? Was it some kind of weekly task/mission the server has?
@@no_tread_ In DayZ there isn't really much point other than to survive. In DayZ Namalsk (a mod on top of a mod basically) you are in a unique setting with its own rules and environmental dangers.
In order to get the highest level loot in Namalsk you need to go through a bunch of steps to get to that planet you saw at the end. You have a limited window before the portal to return home closes and to get back to Namalsk would be difficult, so they for fun just stayed and suffocated.

Smoke, it was entertaining as always. A great run that almost didn't happen. Just goes to show you never give up until the You Are Dead hits the screen.

Watching Smoke go to Lantia every time is like watching my favorite movie over and over. I know how it ends, but the journey is so different every time and never gets stale. Also, Smoke plays games differently than most streamers and really immerses himself in the character.

Just found you..favorite new dayz channel wish i could have been there...our server seems so dead and were still pretty new to the game
One time I was at a military base and these guys were camping the small air traffic control building and a bear rushed me, I opened the door to the building and the bear ran into the building full speed and I closed the door. Next thing I hear is an army of shots and then screaming. The bear wiped out 3 and left one badly injured before they killed it. Then I came in to clean up 😂 love this game

I stopped playing dayz a few years back. Was dissapointed with the game. But to see this true, natural gameplay and the sheer hardcore grit it takes to survive is astonishing! It reminds me of the idea of why I'd started playing in the first place. Im glad the modding came through because you my friend are an expert at keeping me (the viewer) ingaged! keep it up:3
